Hallmark Inn and Suites

A rough around the edges renovation. No clothes rack for hanging clothes. Good lighting and good bed. The room is okay if you do not require everything brand new. Good value.

Hallmark inn which will soon be Baymont has brand new rooms,amenities and appliances. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and accommodating. There’s plenty of parking and it’s well lit.best of all, air-conditioning is cold! Our stay with 2 kids and one of which is a toddler is nothing short of extraordinary. We stayed for 2 nights and even though kids got sick during this trip, they were well rested at the hotel. Will definitely book again.

Had a king bed with a sofa, there was also a microwave and mini fridge available. For the price, the room was very clean and well maintained I would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and staff were nice and helpful, even recommended a room change for better wifi.

Overall, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable however, if you check in later at night, the staff does not exist. You have to go to the quality Inn next-door to check in, which is a real pain. Also, there are some major construction right now as of September 2026 on the highway right next to the property which makes quite a lot of noise and can make it difficult to sleep at night. This is not of course the fault of the hotel but it is an issue nonetheless.

I mean you get what you paid for. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations.The floors and refrigerator were dirty, and the bed linens had visible stains and hair, it seems it like it was from the previous guest. There were also flies in the room.Additionally, there was no telephone to contact the front desk, and the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. While other aspects of the stay were satisfactory, the overall cleanliness and maintenance could be significantly improved.

They require a $100 refundable deposit. If you charge it to your credit card, it takes about 5 days to get the deposit back, and there's a $6 surcharge. If you pay the deposit in cash, you can get it back at checkout, but you'll have to wait until 9:00 AM to checkout, as the office doesn't open until then.

The room was clean, the area outside seemed safe, and staff were nice and helpful. I stayed two nights without a hitch!

I booked the room paid for it. And when I went to check in I wa stole there was no reservation under my name and that I hadn’t done one at all. I showed them my confirmation number and the receipt on email. Staff said they didn’t have a room for me but that they can go and break in to a room of someone else so I can stay and only to sleep. Not be coming in and out of the room. I didn’t not accept that offer and hotel refused to return my money or offer me a room that was not already taken.

Scammed me out of my $100 deposit, called them was told I’d be refunded. 1 week later. No refund.

Staff was nice but the place needs major remodeling on the exterior.

Very nice stay for the price, front desk receptionist was very helpful and patient as well. I’d recommend this to anyone passing by the area needing a place to rest!
