Very helpful staff, felt welcome and clean.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. Room floors were very filthy

Do NOT stay here. They charge a $100 deposit but then don’t refund it. They said they don’t have a receipt showing we were there and the owners are “out of the country”.

Overall, this is the best motel so far

buen lugar para dormir. nada de lujos pero decente para lo que pagas. me encanto el resturante que esta alado al cual pudimos ir caminando. tiene buena ubicacion cuando visitar New Braunfels

Good place to sleep. Nothing fancy, but decent for the price. I loved the restaurant next door, which we could walk to. It's well located when visiting New Braunfels.

No hay para hacerte café,no hay plancha y preferentemente usa tus propias toallas de ven perjudidas pero las camas son cómodas y las sábanas se veian limpias

No atm or vending machine. It’s equivalent to a motel. No iron.

Pool was not very clean and rooms weren’t either but for what you pay it’s worth it if your not lla

I got a room for the great price but it was not as advertised . They did not have a breakfast bar, the TV in the room had no cable so no new of the what the weather would be like. The biggest problem was that the door did not lock , anyone could open my door when I left the room so I couldn't leave my bags in the room they had to go with me . Would not recommend to family or friends.

Parking was convenient but there were a lot of wasps nest around the house and garage. We loved that there was a store across the street and was easy to find. Only other thing was that it was always warm in the "game room". We could not get the tv in the master bedroom to work. Other than that we had a great fun filled stay.

The room had a funny smell. There was graffiti on the electrical panel. The window blind did not go all the way down, and I could not even close it to block out the outside light. The staff was nice, but that was the only reason I didn't give a one-star review.

The check in was a long wait 20-25 minutes. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the towels had stains on them. We spotted two roaches in the room. I arrived late so in the morning when I checked out, I made the staff aware of the room. The lady was willing to give another night for free. but I did not want to stay another night on a side-note there is a lot of construction in the area so there is a lot of banging in the middle of the night. I was kind of curious how this was a 8.0 by reviews. I thought it was thoughtful that the staff offered another night, but I didn’t want to stay another night in a place that has roaches.

Fresh linens and towels provided daily. A bit noisy due to construction and a train near by. AC, TV, Microwave and Refrigerator works properly.

Would not recommend at all!!

The area was not the best

Place had a weird smell and ac did not work very good.

Staff did assign a room that was acceptable. Overall property is run down but they are renovating rooms "somewhat".

I didn't have high expectations, but the photos were very misleading, and I ended up disappointed. The late check-in process was inconvenient, and the bedding and towels were clearly worn out and should have been replaced long ago, yet they were still being used. The staff were friendly and courteous, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, almost everything else about my stay was unsatisfactory. I would not choose to stay here again.
