The hotel was in an area drivable to downtown, hotel parking lot was gated, Hotel rooms were clean, solid walls. The room was nice and quiet.

Bad service. Looks like staying homeless apart ment.

It’s my second time going here and I will be coming back. It an affordable/comfortable option when traveling to San Antonio for a few days. A big plus is check in age minimum is 18!

It was great

Relaxing relaxing.

The best low price hotel I have ever stayed in. The place had been recently renovated(the plumber and the electrician should be ashamed, the light switch was upside down and the sink water connections were reversed). At least two of the interior walls were brick which made the room very quiet even though the hotel is right next to the interstate and about two blocks from the train tracks. No strange people, and no bugs.

The price. The bathroom door needed repair. The bedding did not smell clean. The room had a closed in smell.

Good value for money. Easy to unload and reload your luggage between car and room. Convenient access to interstate.

The staff was nice, helpful, available I paid almost $200 for 2 nights, and could stay there only one night. Very dirty (someone's black hair all over the place), only one outlet that could be used and it was in the bathroom (only 1 place where you can actually charge your phone), wifi was too slow to even connect.

Our Son (a musician) played a show at The Happy Place Bar. We were able to walk there and back. The room was super clean, tge comforter was soft, the temperature was perfect, tv was just fine, customer service was friendly, and the price was Very affordable! No roaches or bed bugs (u check by using flashlight in dark room under mattresses near headboard) and everything was just as it should be. We will not hesitate to go back! Had fridge and microwave, close to several restaurants. Just a lovely motel!

Hospitality and comfort

Not much. The outside was really well lit at night. Everything was dingy. Electric sockets and TV didnt work. There were stains on the bedspread and the sheets had holes. Everything is outdated and run down.

Needs repairs

The bath towels the washcloths was horrible they were so dingy it was not no fire alarm in the room it was no trash can in the room and then when I asked for some extra toes from the manager she came and brought me the towels which they was dirty and dingy as well and then she had the nerve to ask me was I going to die my hair because the tub is brand new now I don't understand why was she asked me that unless you ramble to my bag that I did have some dye in there that I was going to a salon to get my hair done I don't understand that part everything was nasty the toilet had black stuff coming that sustain that cannot be removed that she said that place is horrible they're the stairways was filthy going to the room that place need to be condemned was not satisfied at all I did not and I say again did not like anything about that room he was nasty

Nothing really My first impression was the addicted people who were either guests or friends with the owner. Also Crickets everywhere. The sheets were not clean. The receptionist was forgetful to give us the room number and sent us to a smoking room with many addicted or smoking people around which felt so unsafe. However, the other person gave us another room which was OK. All in all, really got turned off after seeing smoking people roaming around.
