Clean and good stay for a quick trip

Everything was great; however, I did struggle a little with the AC. When we first got into the room, it was warm so we moved the AC. At night it did get a little muggy but then I checked the AC again and it was fine and worked the rest of the night.

Room was clean, staff was polite and professional, breakfast was good, first time staying here and it won’t be the last, it’s close to everything you need.

The check-in girl was very nice and polite.

Have stayed here many times and I will continue to. Clean. Friendly. So helpful.

Love the property …. There was open construction around it but they canNOT help it. The hotel has no control over that.

I did like that the receptionist Tricia was very understanding, I was driving all the way from Upstate New York. But she was very nice and professional in every aspect even calling my phone number when I forget to turn off my car. There isn't something I did like my stay

It was very clean , cold AC, good breakfast and cleaned while we were gone!

We loved our stay....very clean and quiet.

I had a good experience the first stay at this hotel. The second stay was a nightmare. First room given to us had a puddle of water near the a/c unit and strong mold odor. We moved to another room and the same smell was present. This building has a leakage problem and the rooms stink of mold sitting water. The microwave plate does not lock into place so it slid out as I was getting my food and it shattered on the floor. I extended my stay and they charged me a second deposit. Almost $500 for 3 nights in a moldy room. We had to buy candles and incense to block the stench. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast and the staff was nice. We will not return to this location anytime soon. We may give it one more chance in about a year or so. Hopefully they have the leaking problems fixed and the rooms don’t smell like mildew and stinky socks. Overpriced

Breakfast very good. Variety was good. Service at desk amiable. A little more cleanliness. Shower heads and then their were what looked like roaches and a cricket somewhere in the room.

All was well with the exception of the elevator not working. Staff was apologetic for the elevator issues.

The staff, The one gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. The General Manager, was rude and had an attitude. She was nice until I engaged with her and had questions. She has triggers apparently and does not handle situations in a professional manner. The room was extremely humid. The air conditioning or the vent in the bathroom wasn't working correctly. I brought it to the manger's attention. She sent someone to inspect. Dirty shoe prints were left on the bath tub. Very unprofessional. I stayed Monday - Friday and wish I would have changed hotels on the first night.

Breakfast was great and the staff were amazing but the bed was horrible. Made my back hurt terribly

The water never got hot.
