Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - South IH-10 East

The room was very dirty. Very run down. Refrigerator was freezing stuff. Very dirty room. Stayed there several times but appears all employees are India and do not seem to care about cleaning the rooms. Towels were very stained and a couple were dirty. I am done staying there. Never will stay there again.

I was not expecting to not have a fridge OR a microwave. Very upset that that I couldn’t eat my entire stay. Very disappointed.

The room was OK at best. I understand you get what you pay for but they could’ve at least cleaned better. Some of the sheets, and other things on the bed, had stains that were not going unnoticed. Every thing was great staff was helpful and nice.

Outstanding service. Quality is great rooms are always equipped. Necessities are close by.

Do not book here! I understand its cheap but that doesnt mean it shouldn't be clean. There were hairs on the towel, one of the hand soaps was already opened and used. Dead bugs on the floor and wall, cigarette burns all over the blankets and toilet and a McDonald's coffee sticker on the wall.

Overbooked and turned me away at 1 am. I literally called them to confirm my booking, no one answered. They said they don’t have my contact info, since I booked on third party. Well, why don’t you call the third party if you don’t have room for me, instead of turning me away when I arrive at 1 am. I literally called you, and you said you can’t contact me. So ridiculous. Unacceptable service. Don’t recommend.

All in all okay could of been better if downstairs was available. It was hard for someone with a hurt ankle to walk up a flight of stairs

The property was well maintained…room was very clean…did have to ask for more bath towels…overall a good place for the price
