Sandspurs in the carpet, toilet was wobbly, the a/c filters were filthy, the microwave door was broken, the fridge was frozen, the bed quilt had a big burn hole in it, the towels were stained so badly I asked for fresh towels, well they were fresh out of the dryer but stained a bit worse, the mirror needed cleaned. No pool, no breakfast as advertised. Serious disappointment n I do not recommend this place at all.

Nothing very bad hotel The air conditioner wasn't working right it was not getting cold it felt hot. They even changed me rooms and it was the same super hot.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to where would be going. First, when I arrived there was a problem with the hotel’s “system”. I had to cancel my booking.com reservation and make a new reservation with the hotel. This reservation was of course more than what I had originally paid. The the hotel did not meet my expectations for cleanliness.

When we arrived on the property, they made us cancel our reservation with Booking.com and rebook. The rooms through their hotel. They gave us a room key sent us to a dirty room the first time. We went back to the office got another key went to the second room, took all of our stuff inside after bringing everything back downstairs from the first room and there was a giant cockroach size of probably a dollar bill on the wall right beside the bed.

Not much There was no breakfast even though their brochures say there is. There was no soap or shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. We asked for some but it never came. They made us cancel our booking with you and pay them directly.

The room was horrible. Roaches, dusty,hair, and no breakfast. Pool was GREEN. The room smelled of smoke also cigarette butt's were in the sink. Hair all around the bathroom floor. The 1 bright spot was Mrs. Sandra the housekeeper, she really made sure we had towels and bathroom tissue when we needed them. I would not recommend anyone of my family or friends staying at this location.

Have never had this before. Paid for my room online get here and guys says card machine not working i say its already paid for he says that wont work. I show him my receipt and confirmation number still says i need cash. Mind you i have been driving all day and just wont the room i paid for. Anyway i end up paying for another room cause at this point im furious with this guy. I will never stay here again. BS.
