I didn't like anything. They have roahes I didn't like that they had roaches in the room

Cheap pet fee which is nice.

Nothing at all People hanging right outside the door property rundown inside was terrible

A little dusty but clean, bed was comfortable and bed sheets smelled clean. No bugs or roaches noticed. Shower was great, good water pressure and very hot. A little Dusty, like they left the door open and dressers and tv stand had dust, it’s a small room.

I didn't stay at location. Not handicap ready.

That it was close to the AT&T center where we wanted to watch the spurs play The pool was dirty when the pictures showed a nice clean my son was very disappointed as well was i. There was hair and dead bugs on the bed a crawling around the ceiling ,the shower floors are very slippery I fell down and hurt my foot

The pool was nasty, the TV didn't work, the shower door didn't shut all the way. But, the woman who helped me check in was very friendly and helpful.

Had to put down a cash only deposit and what if I didn't have it the lady goin point at some paper they made up no guest and other crazy stuff never would I go and it's crazy what guy said to me when I ask for my deposit back I think they have camera inside them rooms what the guy said to me only a person who was in the room would know Just the price but why they couldn't take my card for deposit and if something wrong take off my card

Great room in a quiet location. It was clean and well kept. My only complaint was I booked a smoking room, and when I checked in, they made me sign a paper stating I wouldn't smoke in the room or I'd be charged $200 dollars. It was windy and cold outside. There should be some transparency for future bookings for people who pay for a smoking room.
