The room was clean, and the property was well maintained When I booked this property, I expected the room to include a kitchenette with a stove because it is marketed as a “Studio.” However, the room did not have one. The name is misleading and can create false expectations for customers. The listing should clearly state that no kitchenette or stove is included.

Professional Staff has been have been really great pretty helpful, patient and understanding as I am a truck driver who is stuck here in the city for the weekend. Rooms are clean, property is well taken care of and I don't have to worry about me or the truck I have to deliver being in an unsafe area since the rooms are reasonably priced.

The check in lady was nice The room was dirty, I had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean before sitting down. Was almost tempted to get a bug bomb but me and my kids just left a day early we were booked from 07/03-07/05 we left on 07/04.

Kaleesh made us feel very welcome. He was attentive and courteous after a glitch at check-in. Overall our stay was comfortable and restful which is exactly what we needed. Not applicable.

The rooms aren’t very clean and the beds are very hard. TVs are very out dated. The pool was nice and clean so was the lobby.

Could not beat the price. It was pretty quiet too. Very close to the convention center i was going to If hotels are no longer going to clean the rooms every day, they should put several days worth of wash cloths and more than 2 towels in the rooms.

Close by the places we were going, and very clean and perfect. Definitely will recommend

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless. The parking area and e tire property is very well lit at night with cameras. I felt very safe here. I would stay here again!
