We enjoyed the beautiful resort! We wished the lazy river pool was open later because we were out enjoying Sea World near by and it was hard to do it all! I wish I would have realized sooner where the restaurant was on site or we probably wouldn’t have ordered door dash!

Our room (king with sofa bed) was quite nice, with a balcony, kitchenette, large tv, and comfortable bed. It had a musty smell though around the entrance where the bathroom door is. The lazy river looked fun but we didn't get a chance to use it, the pool was nice and we used that till it closed at 10pm. One of the hot tubs was murky and pretty gross looking, the larger spa tub was nice. The arcade is a row of claw machines, games for prizes, and 2 actual arcade games. Maybe 7-8 machines total, with only 2 arcade games. That was fairly disappointing. All the games cost credits that are purchased from a card. There's activities every day, our activity was s'mores at the fire (which doesn't look like the pictures at all) and we were charged $5/s'more. There is lots of stuff to do, the property is pretty nice except for a variety of funky smells, and at the end of the day we feel that the place cost way too much for what was provided.

We had a great time

The policies seem to change from visit to visit. Even the website polices conflict with what is posted at the resort. This being a vacation club, guests are typically allowed to bring coolers with food and drinks down to the pool areas. Seems this is an issue now and we were turned away despite the website not stating anything about it. The policy is loosely enforced. We saw plenty of coolers throughout the weekend. Other than that, great place to chill.

We stood and waited for 20 min and no services
-
Ease to get around to and from and within the property
-
Beautiful property, facilities, landscaping, rooms, furniture, decor Only one smoking area on the entire property and far away from rooms. Seems like you should be able to go to grilling area.
-
Loved everything about it

The property itself is nice but the way we were treated was unacceptable. The staff allowed a group of people to cause issues several nights they were there. EMS was called on these people, they harassed us and WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE… THE PROPERTY DID NOTHING!

This is one of our favorite places to visit.

Beautiful facility. We were there for our Anniversary. It's a family oriented resort. Not too much to do for couples. But we truly enjoyed it. We will definitely come back with our family. Need more activities for adults
-
Great location and amenities for families with children.
-

-

-
Super comfortable room. Excellent staff I wish more activities to do..

Loved the property. They were doing construction on the steam room and sauna during our stay which was a bummer and a bit loud, but without that bit it was great! Loved the two pools, great shade, lazy river and sandy beach. Ability to order food and drinks from all over was super convenient as well.
