Everhome Suites San Antonio Lackland near SeaWorld by Choice Hotels

I was there for the Air Force BMT graduation and this hotel was only a 15 min drive to the base. I’ve been to San Antonio numerous times but this was my first time staying here but it definitely won’t be my last.

We had a very pleasant stay!

The room floor was dirty, looking like it wasn’t swept or mopped. The front desk lady had an attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. Will not recommend or stay again.

Clean

Odd smell on fourth floor throughout our four day stay. Entered the elevator as someone was exiting and smoking a joint. I know that is not the hotel’s job to stop every smoker, but it is a non-smoking hotel. It’s a nice, new hotel and I would stay again when I visit the area.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. There is no pool. So if you're looking for a relaxing swim, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean, pet friendly and conveniently located hotel to Sea World, this is definitely a must stay. Even the River Walk isn't too far of a drive. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen. If a family traveling, you could cut expenses by cooking some meals. Especially a quick breakfast.

I was so disappointed with the service. Never again will stay in this place.

Was unaware of a breakfast. Rooms were clean and very nice. Unfortunately our ice maker didn’t work The pillows on the bed were small and way too soft

Definitely bring earplugs. Ultimately, even considering the noise,I would sgay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for an impromptu visit to SeaWorld. The property was pretty new, and the room was clean and comfortable with everything you need in the kitchenette. The front desk staff were friendly; they offered instructions on dealing with the motion censored room lights, but an eye mask will do the trick too. We’re looking forward to being back on our next trip.

Write up said breakfast available. It was not, unless you count pop tarts or cereal from the guest store. Also, there is a photo that makes it look like they have a pool. They do not. Breakfast and a pool should be standard issue at brand new hotels. Also, the beds are really hard. At least it was clean and very close to SeaWorld.

I had an awful experience here. The first night after 10pm loud guest above me, traffic constant out the window. Called staff approx 5 times with no change in outcome. Asked to switch rooms and they said to follow up the next day. When I went to desk she said it would be too much work for the housecleaners to clean my room and another. So basically customers do not matter. I said I am staying for a week I can wait for a room. She said no that wasn't going to be possible. Therefore I will never return.

This place was amazing

Clean and spacious rooms, spacious mini kitchen with full fridge. Great for our week of AirForce graduation. Conveniently located with lots of places to eat, shop and close to SeaWorld. Staff was great and friendly.
