Good hotel

Shower was a tiny bit dirty, Breakfast was okay, Parking was great, Staff was helpful, AC smelled weird, Beds were comfortable!

My stay was absolutely amazing

The old lady works in cafeteria in the morning is very rude and disrespectful. Others staffing members was very nice .

I reserved a king size bedroom and got a double bed. No microwave in the room and no table to sit down and eat in the room. Had asked for clean towels and garbage bags each day. No ice buckets in the room. Had to use the microwave and eat in the lobby. Had to let them know that they had hornet nest at the door. Book reservation with them in additional had to pay a deposit of $50 at arrival and five dollars to park your car. Look at my account today and realized I was charged three different prices for A two night stay.

Very clean and properly maintained property. Will definitely return when visiting San Antonio.

Additionally, I found the breakfast room unsatisfactory due to the inconsistency in the food offerings on either side. Inadequate Front Desk Staff . Not recommended

The hotel was clean and modern but I was very surprised about the room. There was no microwave or coffee pot/coffee or closet in the room. Those are basic things you find in most hotels so I was very surprised that a Hilton hotel would not have any of that! However, the shower was excellent, I didn’t want get out of it!! It was missing some of the basic items every hotel has.

I love everything from the hotel and the workers were so nice with the questions we had and especially the breakfast it’s the best hotel I will recommend to the people For me I don’t have Nooo bad things. We loved our Room

I loved the waffles and everyone as nice. I came here before a few years ago and was happy with everything. Coming back for this trip was an easy choice. None

The $50 deposit refunded if clean. Now I have to keep watching to make sure I got it. I better. My little niece even made the beds!

This is the cleanest hotel and a great scent when walking into the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is great and has a great variety. My favorite place to stay.

Great place to stay. Great staff great breakfast. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Close to Lackland.
