Great stay!

The room was a little warm

Just a horrible experience

Room was clean. Loved the fact the there was a full-size refrigerator stove with oven and a dishwasher! the place was an excellent value for the price we paid. we will be staying there the next time we are in town.

The rooms were not stocked like most hotels. There was a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the restroom. We had no complementary shampoo or body soap in our room but there was in my parent’s room. There was no hair dryer in my room but there was in my parents. Also the mattress on the pull out sofa bed was super thin. Sheets are not soft and very used. Overall the very cheap feel about the room. No pool

The suite was very spacious. I loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. I was upset that they downgraded my reservation from a king suite to a double queen suite but other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was very nice. I reserved a Double Bed but was given a King Bed. We made it worked but other than that the stay was nice. I booked a Double Bed and was given a King Bed. I didn't find out until I checked in.

Great space. Clean room.

They canceled my reservation at 2:47pm on the arrival date. This is crazy. Full of lies. I came to check in at 3pm, they told me my booking was canceled. They sent email at 2:47pm. Check in time is 3pm. Very last min. And they don't tell me why. They hide their mistakes ( probably over booking)

One of the tvs was not working.. they moved us to a different room and it was not the same accommodations we had in the first room.

Nice rooms, love the separation for the bedroom/ kitchen and living room. Was able to bring out own groceries and save a ton.

Very clean, great staff and good location

Our favorite is the spacious rooms, and pets are welcome.

When I first got there, everything looked to be OK, but there was a very bad odor in the room. I asked for some air freshener spray and got past that the same night later I took a shower and the whole entire bathroom floor filled with water I had to clean that all up with towels the next day I asked for them to come and clean it. They did not have anybody available. Also did not have any more towels. I paid a lot of money to take my son on this graduation trip and the hotel experience made it all pretty horrible. I then had to check out because they only had another room available. That had a patch in the tub and I would have to leave that room the next morning or hotel 40 minutes away. This was a very bad experience.

It’s our favorite property to visit. San Antonio is a pretty big city and we enjoy our stay at StayApt.

This was our 3rd stay here. We've always had a great experience! We love how spacious it is. AC worked amazingly, beds were comfortable and bathroom had a clean tub and hot water! Plenty of parking onsite plus we've never had issues with noisy neighbors.

The location was great for our stay to come to our son's graduation from BMT, was close to everything. The kitchen/living area was perfect to hang out in instead of on a bed!!

We arrived about 11 pm & was very tired. The property manager got us checked in & settled very quickly which we appreciated greatly! Everything was clean, well stocked & orderly. We would definitely stay here again

The people at the front desk were nice, but the receptionists and cleaning staff were very rude and always seemed mad.

Nice and clean place to stay with my kids and family.
