The breakfast buffet is outstanding. We loved the new lagoon and associated facitilies. We love the nightly s'mores. We love all of the scheduled activities. The pre-mixed drinks at the River Bar on the lazy river were awful.

We like what it was once! It was actual luxury for years. The beds and pillows where premium mattress was a hand-tufted bed made of natural materials like horsehair, fine cotton, and feathers and the floors in rooms were carpet. We started in 2014, long term happiness once was year after year. Over the 12 years there marketing to different types of life styles some good some bad. Now it has a faux luxury all the way to the food. Yes they serve some tenderloin its just the cheaper tenderloin and you can tell. It was a time that you were willing to spend $ because they made you feel special. Now it is almost like you can taste the frozen. Biggest issue was our room lacked a solid air conditioning. The manager sent up fans and his engineer told us our room would be comped for the night, a $500 room. When asked if he could do more for us a day later we said no, thinking the prior offer was more than enough. Today, We found out he only refunded $100.00. Note to all if they tell you something get it in writing. They didn't keep their word.

This was our first time visiting this property and we found the staff to be super helpful, especially regarding dietary restrictions. The dining buffet is also a bargain for anyone under 12 as you just pay your age! For poolside, there also seemed to be plenty of lounger - finding shade was the only tricky part. We would definitely go back!

Don't like the water was to duty.

The family centered entertainment. Easy to take the family to and not even have to leave the hotel. Expensive. Worth it, but expensive.

A lot of shade trees along the lazy river. Comfortable bed. The lazy river had an extreme lack of seating. We went early in the morning and all the seats were already taken up. In the afternoon all of the tubes were taken. Not equipped at all to handle the amount of people there. Antlers restaurant was very much overpriced for what we got. The sink and shower drains were slow.

We got there at 4PM for check in, but our room was not ready. Fine, we can wait around. I checked again at 5PM, still not ready. Finally got a text at 6PM stating the room was ready, they blamed housekeeping. We ended up getting a credit for $125 for the wait time, that doesn’t even cover the overnight parking $25/day or resort fee $60/day. We stayed 4 nights and used the pool 2 times. We didn’t even use the pool the first night there because we were so tired from the drive and the wait time. Overall, the lazy river was OK. Staff was nice. The hotel was convenient to the areas we were visiting.

We were pretty disappointed. We did t get adjoining room like we booked. Every single thing on property cost extra, even though the website made it seem like many things were included in the resort fee. The lagoon was SEVERELY lacking. You can’t swim because the water is super shallow and the roped off area was tiny. And the overpriced paddle board and kayaking was a joke. It’s 35 dollars per person per hour and you have a very small area to do it in and you have to wear a life jacket. The lazy river was great until you get to a shallow area that you have to scoot yourself across. Our expensive googles and snorkels were stolen off a beach chair. There were several small kids in the adult only pool and hot tub area. And when we tried to go to the lagoon at 8:30 just to lay on the “beach” and relax. They had closed it down early. It was supposed to close at 10:00 pm. They ran out of everything very quickly and there wasn’t enough staff on the grounds. And they kept charging random hidden charges daily. I do not recommend this place and we will never go back.
