Everything was amazing.

Hand reels for the pool burned your hand. Stairs in pool very slippery. Breakfast was terrible. I had to send it back. But the shuttle to Aquatica. She was amazing

Staff were excellent. Check in time seems late and even at that had to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be ready. I know it is the digital age but missed having a pen and paper in the room and seemed challenging even when I asked the front desk staff. That said, everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

What an unexpected treasure! Such a kid friendly hotel..the shuttle diver was great to SeaWorld.. s’mores by the fire and special events for kids were a hit.. restaurant staff was friendly and food was fabulous.. my only negative thing would be that wait staff is way overworked doing multiple jobs.. so service and getting table was a little slow. But they were all hustling just needed help.. love our stay with grandkids!!

Clean room.. like the darkness when the curtain is closed.

The rooms were great and the staff were very responsive. The courtesy shuttle drivers were fantastic and communicated well with us as far as their schedule.

Pool was small. Parking is not free at all.
-
Close proximity to SeaWorld, nice pool & amenities. My family enjoyed our stay!
-
Toilet in room didn’t flush so it was a constant issue. One pool was being repaired and out of use.

The property is fine. The pool is somewhat small, in my opinion, for the property size. The initial check-in staff person was aloof and tactless. Her supervisor, however, cleared up my issue with professionalism. My room did not have the complementary water bottles in the room. Finally, it's a cashless property which I was not prepared for. Other than that, the hotel is clean.

We left and went shopping. At 4 pm, an hour after normal check-in, our 2 rooms had still not been cleaned. We waited in the lobby until after 7pm! I have never experienced such a long wait to get into hotel rooms! Upon entering, the rooms were not fully stocked. I booked 2 double rooms for 8 people. We had 4 towels total! I asked for more towels after the first night. They brought 4 more. The coffee and water was not restocked until our third night after I left a message for housekeeping. Parking cost $86 per car. We had 2. We were told the parking charges would be removed to compensate for our trouble at check-in. It has been two weeks, I’ve called multiple times and the charges are still on my card. The resort is nice as far as scenery, pools, and restaurant, but I do not plan to stay here again.
