Quality Inn near SeaWorld - Lackland

The bed comfy but the PILLOWS seem like they didn’t get wash, smell sweat. The breakfast is ok for the price. All the staff are nice and helpful. The parking plenty space. This hotel next to the highway so the noises come through the window.

My experience at Quality Inn was great! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Our room was clean, and the AC worked very well! In addition, the breakfast was well stocked and replenished. Everything tasted great! The hotel's location is perfect! It was only 10 minutes from SeaWorld. Also, it was located near many retail stores and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again!

The location. We started for 3 nights and 2 days. Our room was never cleaned and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels daily.

Their hard cash only policy makes them terrible for anyone to stay there. When you arrive there with tired kids and staff ask you to go for in search for cash even you offer them any type of credit card or even cash transfer through zell/paypal makes then to avoid. Overall property is not well maintained. Xavier who was there next morning seems to be better person who would understand guests feeling.

The breakfast table was wobbly and my daughter put her elbow down on the table it tipped and spilled hot coffee on her , she had immediate blisters contacted the staff who had no concerns about the incident!!!! Asked for a simple first aid kit for burn cream they didn't have one on site! The next day the table was still there. The lock on the door to the room was broken!!!

The AC and fridge worked well. The shower water was hot. They lock the parking lot gate at night and you can't get out. This is dangerous if there were ever an emergency. They have to call their security guard to unlock it. They force you to give them a $100 untracable cash deposit for "damages" or "incidents" even when you've already paid in full prior to arriving. They don't offer room service if you're staying less than 5 days. They made us bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. The bathroom door hinge was broken, trapping us in the bathroom. The mandatory emergency exit plans were missing from the door. A piece of toilet paper was shoved into the peep hole. There was a used toilet paper roll left in the bathroom.

Bed were dirty. Floors were dirty. Hair everywhere. Broken toilet paper holder

Everything Nothing

The staff member was apologizing and trying to accommodate us. The 1st room the heater was not working, then we got moved to another room and the heater was producing a strong odor and the sink was clogged

Great place to stay. Place was clean, surrounding safe, and staff is very nice and easy to speak to. Shout-out to Xavier he was very attentive.

I loved how closed everything was to us It smelled like wet dog and it was very humid in our room and lastly the WiFi would not work in our room I hated it!

They had a hot breakfast. The security was great, they had a lock gate. The place was kinda dirty, could have done better cleaning.

It’s on the side of the expressway, all staff was super nice and friendly I can hear the traffic noise
