We had the big storm to come through. And we had no electricity and having two little ones we needed to be somewhere safe. And I was able to book a room and get in the staff was extremely extremely nice they accommodated all I need I really do appreciate them. The room was clean the bathroom was clean no complaints Nothing everything was good

Rooms need more maintenance, and room service. No room service.

Everything was very clean, housekeeping cleaned and restocked our room everyday with towels!! We were here for military graduation and would recommend to families. The pool was clean with pool towels provided as well, picnic tables and grill in the back also; however it is first come first serve. Breakfast area clean and stocked each morning including fresh fruits, coffee, eggs, sausage along with usual bagels, toast, waffles, etc. Check in/out very easy with staff pleasant to interact with. All rooms are inside corridors and felt safe. Location is just off the interstate along the access road, but still busy at certain times. Although it was easy to get anywhere including JBSA Lackland, The Alamo and Riverwalk with tons of activities for all! No issues

Room wasn’t available even though it was close to 3 and I was told it was because they were cleaning it but all the sheets were dirty and had stains everywhere on it . Not just one sheet but all of them . Then when checking out there was a roach crawling on the counter in clear view worst experience ever !!!!!!

Nothing we were desperate and it was deeply terrible. It had the nicest and biggest fridge I ever saw in a hotel. Moldy bathrooms. Dead and live roaches. Bed sheets that were dirty, stained, moldy, and we. We needed 4 rooms all the same. For alarm hanging off wall wrapped in plastic bag.

Room is clean, but bathroom water is not draining properly. Breakfast also not good, lot of wait time.

The breakfast is minimal. Better than a continental. Something when you don't have time to make another stop. The cleaning of the bathroom. They need to change out the shower curtain. It may look clean but the smell is really bad and it does not stay in the bathroom. If they could clean up some of the equipment around back of parking lot. Not very inviting.

Breakfast, and location were decent. The cleanliness of room could've been better. When entered the room, there was popcorn and bottle caps under one of the beds. Was there for 2 days and staff didn't change the sheets on neither of the beds. they left the same sheets as the night before, just made the bed.

Sausage and egg was available for a sandwich (or not), as well as a variety of cereals, fruits, and drinks. The ice container was dirty, and we had an uninvited guest the 2nd night (small cockroach).
