Red Roof Inn San Antonio - Airport

Road construction forced me to backtrack. This was no fault of Red Roof Inn.

This is one of the better Red Roof properties in the country and the very best in San Antonio. Red Roof Inns provides basic, pet-friendly lodging at a very low nightly rate, but the quality of the rooms and feeling of safety and security vary widely from property to property. I’ve stayed at least 20 Red Roof Inns in 8 states from New Mexico to New York.

No airport shuttle. No microwave oven, no refrigerator

This hotel is not at all as advertised. Very run down and not clean. Uncomfortable beds. No microwave or refrigerator in room.

Is a good hotel, friendly staff and Dog friendly, room was comfortable and clean.

There was dried blood splatter on the toilet and the floor next to the toilet. That made me very concerned about health issues.

I only stayed two nights with my daughter but I loved it better than the Red Roof Inn Plus in Addison! The beds and TV were especially nice! I enjoyed my stay in San Antonio, I went for the Guns and Roses/Pierce the Veil concert because I missed PTV in Dallas. This was not in my plans but I am so glad I came to San Antonio! The people are beautiful and nice! I got to see the Riverwalk before I left! I also tried True Texas BBQ which was sooooo good!

The staff was extremely helpful with directions to the Alamodome. They were very nice and courteous. Maybe add a small fridge and microwave, si customers dont have to leave their rooms to heat their food. I would definitely stay there again. We found an eyelash stuck to the table under the phone and socks under the bed. Housekeeping should do better.
