Room clean was fair. The shower drain was clogged, and it took a long time for all the water to drain away. Breakfast was OK.

Staff is amazing

I had to ask for room service (i.e., cleaning), because apparently the rooms are cleaned every three days, unless requested. There was a notice that the hotel would be renovated soon, which makes me happy because it needs a new look!

Our stay was excellent! The Suite /Studio was huge! Very clean! The pool was great and the breakfast was delicious! Everything was excellent!! Would definitely recommend!

Very outdated. Need to have security, 6 vehicles got broken into to include mine. Late night staff took a very long time to come to the front and check us in.

Le personnel a été vraiment exceptionnel : toujours accueillant, souriant et serviable. En revanche, la chambre présentait plusieurs points négatifs. Il y avait des taches au plafond ainsi que de la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain. Les prises de courant étaient également mal situées et il n'y avait aucun port USB pour recharger nos téléphones, ce qui est un peu décevant de nos jours. Le divan-lit était également très inconfortable. Le matelas était tellement mince qu'un adulte ressentait clairement les ressorts, ce qui rendait les nuits très désagréables. Le déjeuner était correct, mais le menu était exactement le même tous les jours et nous avions parfois l'impression que certains aliments étaient resservis d'une journée à l'autre. Enfin, la laveuse et la sécheuse étaient hors service pendant notre séjour, ce qui a été assez décevant pour un séjour de cette durée. Pour une nuit ou deux, cet hôtel fait très bien l'affaire. En revanche, pour un séjour de 10 jours comme le nôtre, les différents inconvénients finissent par peser. Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience a été moyenne. Note : 6/10
