It was OK for one night.

Clean room, great receptionist, very good breakfast and nice parking lots

The size of the room were OK. I got one with two queen beds, but my biggest thing was we couldn’t get the temperature below 71 and there was no fridge or microwave. I feel like the fridge and microwave should be a bare minimum in a hotel so I couldn’t save any leftovers couldn’t warm any food up so that was very disappointing. One staff member that was running the breakfast buffet was just complaining the whole time she had to do it by herself, so that was kind of annoying.

I will not stay there again

It has great location. There is a lot of amenities. This was my second time staying here. I will come back again in the future for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marco! The reason for our stay was getting as much rest as possible between getting there after our arrival at 8 pm from Milan and having to wake up at 3 am for our flight to Texas, so proximity to LGA, a 24 hour shuttle to the airport, and comfort and rest were what we needed. It had all of these! The kind, young man at the front desk checked us in quickly and set up for us a 4 am shuttle so we could arrive to LGA in time to check in with our large family and all our luggage for our 6 am flight. He even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine! He was so kind! The room was pristine and had all we needed-morning came too soon! The hotel also had cool, antique decor in it, which we loved. The young lady at the front desk in the morning was also very kind, and the shuttle arrived right on time and got us there perfectly! We would absolutely stay there again!

The room was so cozy and comfortable. Very clean. The staff was helpful and polite and the breakfast was great. There are no complaints from us, just happy customers.

Everything was excellent.

Breakfast area was not clean, cereal on floor from previous day, tables not wiped down. I arrived for breakfast before 6am when doors opened. Beds are a little uncomfortable. Air conditioner in room did not work properly. I understand they are renovating in future. Hotel is old. Be prepared to pay to park on premise, although minimal fee, I paid to stay there, where else would I park. When I asked about security, desk said it was drive by, but not how often. I stayed here 3 weekends in a row fir business.

Did not do breakfast. The dining area needs to remodeled.

I would recommend anyone wanting to stay here. It’s an excellent hotel overall
