Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Airport

The room was very clean when we arrived and we had opted out of daily housekeeping. We were able to get towels and anything additional we needed. The staff was great, answered all our questions and were very friendly. The breakfast options were also good, our son loved it and wanted to go there everyday we stayed. The popcorn service they offer was also a hit! The gym was a good size and could get warm, but that just helps burn more calories! The garage was big enough for the guests and was convenient. Pool was a good size and there is a mini hot tub. Laundry area was a bonus since we had to leave home a day early to beat the storms and I forgot additional clothes! Location is off the 410 so it's easy to get around. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back was great because our rental car wasn't ready and we had to go back the next day to get it (no fault of the rental company, we we're able to change our reservation because it was under 24 hours).

Great breakfast and happy hour. Good room and great staff. The only downside was the pillows. They were overstuffed and very small.

I booked with my brother, we took our kids down to the pool. It was an absolute nightmare. It was so ghetto, not only were kids running around and (I mean In a very unsafe manner) not your normal running around. These kids ran if it was the junior Olympics, they knocked over our 2 year old, parents didn't say anything. My daughter got hit in the head with a small football and my niece got trampled on in the pool by TWO ADULTS, that were doing cannon balls. We last 17 minutes in total from start of check in to heading down to the pool and left. To almost make things better they "refunded" me the hotel room but only to find out they refunded just one of the rooms I paid for even though I paid for both rooms so now I have to deal with that headache of trying to get it refunded. Still never got my $50 deposit back either of the rooms.

Fantastic service and a comfy bed!

We went to San Antonio for a wedding. We decided to stay here since my mom raved so much about it. She has stayed at Drury before. Loved everything about this place that I will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was great. Better than most other properties I have stayed at. And the happy hour food is a full on snack fest. Bravo!!

Loved the free breakfast, dinner, and evening drinks. Great place to stay for Air Force Graduation. Easy commu& free dinner at the end of an exhausting day.

It wasn’t horrible it was just an old hotel and smelled old. Our room was dark and dingy and you could visibly see dust on the walls.

Complimentary breakfast and dinner. Clean. Large older hotel. Well maintained. Convenient to airport and north part of city. Staff was always happy and helpful.

I booked this hotel for my son's Air Force graduation at JBSA-Lackland. It was very close to the airport, about 5min total with traffic light stops, close to many restaurants and a mall and had shuttle service for guests. The shuttle offered airport pickup/drop-off and service within a 1mi radius of the hotel. The staff were always friendly, accommodating and genuine upon every encounter. The breakfast and kickback dinner options were delicious, offering plenty of variety and extra savings for your wallet. It's one of the reasons I like the Drury brand. The ride to JBSA-Lackland was about 20min, so it wasn't hard getting on and off base. I HIGHLY recommend choosing this location for guests looks for a comfortable, affordable, friendly staffed hotel. You won't be disappointed!
