I will begin with what is good - Staff are excellent. This hotel seems like run down. The room we got had bad smell. I have asked them to do cleaning which they did but the smell was there during my 4 days stay. Limited options in break fast. Overall ok hotel.

I would book with them again

From check-in to check-out all staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and perfect for our needs. The AC was not working the first night (we got in late and just dealt with it) but we spoke to the front desk in the morning, went to the zoo, came back and it was already fixed. Called ahead about a pack-n-play and they had one available for us at check-in. Location was extremely convenient. 100% would stay here again!!!

Shuttle service was on time and they were friendly both times. Front desk was great, she was friendly and very helpful.

It is a good place to stay. It is nice, clean, safe and easy to get around. We will come back again.

Good: Pool area was clean, shaded, with nice seating — great for keeping an eye on the kids while they swam. Breakfast was tasty and staff were attentive. Bathroom was clean and stocked, fridge was spotless, and the shower had good hot water. Not so good: Found a dirty diaper left in the ice bucket on arrival — not a great start. Staff apologized and swapped it out fast, so props for the quick fix. Carpet wasn't fully clean (noticeable walking in white socks). Also used the gym once and the elliptical wasn't working right. Bottom line: Cleanliness was hit-or-miss, but staff were responsive and the pool/breakfast made it a solid family stay overall.

A wonderful hotel in San Antonio. A Perfect hotel for a family vacation to experience all the fun things in SA. I will be back!!

Staff was very attentive. Room was great, unfortunately the AC didn't quite kicked on. Soon didn't really cooled down as much as I'm used to.

Room was great. Nice and cool. Clean. Staff very accommodating. Shuttle great. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked some more items offered. The area to get food was small and crowded. Selection was good overall.

It was fairly clean was without a toilet for 24 hours reported it to the front desk about 7 am to report the problem, was told a maintenance guy would come to fix it . I returned from outside adventures around 5:30 and the toilet was still not fixed . I then proceeded to the front desk again where i was notified that the person before did not notate the account nor was the maintenance man available . I was advised that they would try and send someone else to take a look because they didnt have any more rooms available. Still no one came to fix the toilet... just tragic to literally have a hotel with an inside port a potty ! Not to mention the breakfast attendant was rude in the mornings also.
