Great hotel if you want something close to the airport.

Overall, our experience here was okay and the stay was fine, but we had a tough time with the room temperature. We set the thermostat to 68°F, but it never got close to that, staying locked at 74–75°F the entire time. When we mentioned it to the staff, they explained the room was on a sensor system that should eventually adjust, but it never did. Later in the evening, they did kindly offer to change our room. We declined since we were already settled in, but they brought us a fan which definitely helped. Standard stay, just wish the AC worked better.

Room was so quiet and comfortable that I slept thru breakfast! It was the rest I needed before a long trip.

The hotel itself is very clean and the staff was very nice however the AC are the absolute WORST!!! Left the AC on due to the temperature being at 77°F and dropped the temperature to 65°F, came back 8 hours later and the temperature was still at 77°F. Asked the very nice man in the front if he can help and he was more than willing to. He switched us rooms to a room that was supposed to work and the AC was still somehow not working. Started at 77°F and some how after 35 minutes the AC CAME TO 78°F. Talked to the front desk employee and he was kind enough to give us a third room. Some how this room was just as bad as the other 2. SERIOUSLY HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN 3 TIMES. WE CHECK OUT AT 11AM AND IT WAS CURRENTLY 3AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A SOLUTION. AC doesn't drop from 76 in this room which I guess is better than the rest however after 8 hours the room only came down to 74°F. If you plan on staying in this hotel just remind yourself to be prepared to deal with the absolute worst AC in a mid tier hotel. Somehow the AC in cheap low end hotels run better than whatever this was.

Room temperature is not good. Out of my 3 room, 1 room cooled fast and another take 1 to 2 hr to come, another room always 80 even after many hours. We booked 2 weeks before 3 room and we requested for nearby room they didn’t allocated but I noticed they give 3 room together to another family.

Cleanliness 90% couple spots on the wall in the bathroom. The room smelled and looked clean. Other than that. The facility looked well maintained. The outdoor pool seemed to have toggles all the time. And the breakfast a decent variety. The negative I will say was the air condition. We set it as low as it can go to 66 and we were there four nights. It never got below 72. That would be the only complaint I had for this property. They're very well located. Easy access to the highway staff every friendly and helpful. I would stay again with my family

The room was clean, the breakfast was sufficient but honestly the smell of the lobby & dirtiness almost made us leave before we checked in. Hard to describe but almost like wet dog? There is only 1 entrance which seemed odd as well as the gps sent us to the back which has been gated off so you have to drive almost to the airport to come back the right way to get in. The shower & toilet area is barely big enough to shut the door & they need new pillows as these felt like cut up foam. Saying all this the price & location were good so we may stay again.

The good thing about the property was the pool, and the convenience of the shuttle to the airport. I can’t comment on breakfast because I left the property after 4:00 am for a 6:30 am flight. Unfortunately that’s all I can provide at the moment.

Our first room had sugar ants, guest service addressed the issue and moved us rooms. On our second night our AC was on the fritz and guest service provided a box fan.

I read the reviews before booking and all were good, but I never made it past the doorway of the first room. A HUGE roach ran across the floor as soon as I opened the door! I went back downstairs and explained what happened. They assigned me another room on a different floor. Needless to say, I did not rest well that night and made a thorough inspection of every nook and cranny with a flashlight to assure myself that there were no critters in the room. The A/C was set on heat (78degrees) when we got in the room and only cooled down to 77 degrees by morning after changing it to cold. I was very disappointed in the condition of this Wyndham property. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good.
