Cheap. Not to far from the airport. Has a kitchenette. Front desk person came to my door at 8:30pm, while im tryna get my kids to sleep. And she knocks and then unlocks and opens my door but I had the door hinge lock on so she couldn't open door all the way. And ask me am I checking out. When I checked in at 4pm that day with HER. And she was asking about the next day, if I was going to extend. Weird that, its almost 9pm and your trying to come in my room asking me about me checking out. What if people are not in the room, she stealing stuff? You dont know what people doing in the room that they paided for and u come unlock doors at 8:30pm. Weird. Was paranoid the rest of the night. Would near recommend this place to anyone. I work at front desk in a hotel and we would have never done that. Also roach in the bathroom. Fridge was beat up but was nice on the inside.

Air conditioning was good. It was somewhere to sleep fr. Wouldn’t stay again, but the customer service was good.

The facility was. Lean and the staff was friendly and quick check-in process The rooms need better maintenance. We booked two rooms. One room had good mattresses and half the pillows were nice and fluffy and the others were super flat. The other room the mattress was lumpy and you could feel the springs and the pillows were super flat. The a/c unit made a loud sound when it would turn off.

Worst hotel, staff and bed bugs undo the fitted sheet and take a look at mattress just sick the mattress was supposed to be what it looked brown grey black just terrible mattress belongs in dumpster. Toilet didn’t work & smelled like mold in room.

Didn't know of Breakfast. Room smelled of cigarettes smoke.

The staff were helpful but the property itself and the room was sub par.

It was ultimately good to be honest. The room was nice, shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The staff in the morning coming to around at 10am to find out if your checking out or staying was a bit pushy as usual and unpleasant. This particular stay the lady that came asking was rude and full of accusations. Accused us of smoking in the room (we smoke outside and had just came back in from smoking a few minutes prior and to top it off was like you have a dog in there when she could clearly see around my husband I was watching a movie on my phone while walking around packing our belongings. She was very noisy trying to look around him to see in the room which weirded us out and made it uncomfortable to the point we definitely won't be back after that. We had given them a second chance after an incident last year with another employee being unnecessarily ugly the entire stay not just to us but everyone. Vending machine took my money then another one was broken leaving an overpriced machine that didn't want to take my debit card for some reason until I swiped it 4 or 5 times. The hiring sign out front will hopefully bring some friendlier staff to the hotel. The location is great and the price is affordable for us but the treatment isn't worth it. Especially when we dont bother anyone or complain until now.

They give me keys for room and key is not for that room and I want up 3 times and the room door not open I ask them to send someone with me to open the door they don’t have anyone to open the doors I just left the hotel

I booked like around 1:00 p.m. or so and got there at 11:00 p.m. they said my room was booked and that they had no space, And they charged me still and I was forced to stay at motel 8 employees were not helpful and I called the manager and he was rude and no help at all
