It’s in a bad area

When I arrived I was told to contact where I booked my room because they sold all the rooms so I can get a refund. Tried to get my money back but wasn’t successful. Wasn’t helped and still haven’t been able to get a refund to a room I wasn’t able to stay in.

When I alerted the attendant at the front desk to these issues (of which most important to me was the lack of usable wifi) she rolled her eyes at me and asked me if I entered the password (as if I'm an idiot who's never used wifi before). She was not apologetic in any way nor did she even acknowledge that someone might not want to pay good money for such deficient accommodations. She acted as if I was the problem rather than taking responsibility for the condition of their motel. She moved me to a different room which was slightly better and the internet connection worked but it had a mild, unpleasant odor. It was an inconvenience, having to move rooms, which again was not acknowledged and THEN she had some guy, presumedly, the manager come knocking on my door like some kind of intimidating bully to demand from me what was wrong with the other room after I had clearly and repeatedly listed for her the problems. Such a creepy, unwelcoming place.

The service and everything is very nice to stay thaks.

Sadly there was no continental breakfast (even tho there appears to be a space for that - and there was one in the past when I stayed before).

The accommodation was as per the photos and description but does not show the stains on the lounge chair and I dont know the last time the carpet was cleaned. The WiFi is poor and our TV did not work the first 2 of our 5 night stay and had to be repaired each time. The hair dryer didnt work and the phone could not dial 0 for reception. There were two safes and neither worked. Its quite noisy close to the road and railway tracks. Just being honest, we would not return.

Toilet tank too slow to fill No TV excess poor connection. Called front desk for assistant but did not solve issue. Not great Check in was good.

Pretty funky room. There were a few stairs up to the bathroom and there was longish black hair everywhere - on the floors, cabinets and in the shower. I got in late and was too tired to complain. Probably won't stay here again.

The online pictures are deceiving of the property. There were no wash cloths in the room and no extra toilet paper. The staff that did our check in was very hard to understand, spoke broken English. I did appreciate the coffee provided in our room.

DO NOT Book this PLACE….IT WAS GROSS…….. we changed to a hotel down the street the next night for $40 more and it was WONDERFUL I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I have stayed at this Hotel before but this time the tv did not work at all and the staff wanted to move me to a room upstairs but I said no I can’t walk upstairs. So I just stayed in the room downstairs. The room that I stayed in the bath tub had a lot of cracks in it and the walls in the room needed to be touched up. There were also no outlets for usb ports etc.

Room looked good. However, was dirty, coffee machine disgusting with spoiled stuff in it, bathroom sink clogged, hair in sink and bath stall, TV did not work, no response, phone calls to front desk instantly were disconnected, fixtures in bathroom damaged. Basically, a completely negative experience.

This Motel is well maintained exceptions TV Operating terrible. Microwave stayed locked after using. No windows that opened for air exchange. Staff or owners not available for checkins.

They made an effort to keep up the maintenance.
