Great beach location. Enjoyed evenings on the deck overlooking the pier, beach and ocean. Walking distance to coffee shops, baked goods, restaurants and a small convenience store.

Clean, well located near the Pier and beach. Older property. Rooms are basic. Bed was comfortable. Complicated parking and getting to the room and reception.

Steps from the beach, pier and some cute coffee shops The rooms weren’t very nice, the WIFI was down most of the weekend, then they said it was up and gave us new passwords that didn’t work. There wasn’t a love seat or upholstered chair or proper closet, the bed was comfortable but the furniture was shabby, my nightstand seemed to offer a phone charger, but the power wasn’t connected

Love the location and view and being able to walk across to pier and beach... Love that they supply your beach chairs and umbrellas They really do need to update and remodel the property , but we were told they are about to. Too bad there is not an elevator to get to those higher floors

Well the location is amazing, the place needs a facelift.

The room was a great size and the location was amazing The cleanliness of the room - closet wasn't clean- there was trash, socks and dirty blankets from the last guest. Dead fly on pillow and lots of hair everywhere, The refrigerator wasn't cleaned out from the last people and their popsicles in the freezer leaked all over our expensive left overs.

The location is amazing. The parking was safe and fairly convenient. I felt disappointed that our ocean view balcony was shared and attached to the stairwell so we had zero privacy. Couldn’t even have the curtains open to look out to the ocean without the possibility of other hotel guests looking in. This was not made clear to me when booking. Definitely on the beach/funky side which I expected but I felt like I might fall through the floor of the shower. Some upgrades would improve the overall experience.

Madison at the front desk was super helpful with the parking pass permit and very professional. I just wish the bath jet spa was working! Otherwise very clean, and great staff.

Location This property is very old, the rooms have been updated. However, the AC and water heating and usage is very bad. We didn’t have hot water any of the four days we stayed there. The water stunk coming out of the sink so bad we couldn’t brush our teeth. The air conditioner did not work. It was listed as having this amenity. When we complained, to maintenance they said there was nothing they could do. The owner was unwilling to compensate us for the basic amenities that we did not have and was firm in giving us only a 25% discount when we felt it should be at least 40. The room was $350 a night for no water or air-conditioning and the fan was filthy. Would not return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone else. The girl at the front desk was nice. The only positive I could see from this booking.

One of my favorite perks was that the free trolley bus stops right across the street, making it incredibly easy to visit the outlet stores and explore the many nearby restaurants without worrying about driving. The hotel also has a beautiful common outdoor area that was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing with a meal after a day at the beach.
