It was convenient to put destination. It was a great get away..

We needed some assistance modifying the reservation and they were very accommodating.

The room was clean and I just wanted a place to sleep that had a shower, bed and clean. Reasonably priced as well.

The entire facility is still a Rodeway Inn except there is a banner hanging over the Rodeway Inn sign that says Hotel Avenida. The room smelled of an oversprayed disinfectant just like the best MOTELS in the world would. This hotel now pretends to be "Boutique", but there is nothing boutique about it. They have repainted the walls in the rooms, Maybe changed carpets and bought new bed sheets, but even those are lowest quality tier found at the back page in the clearance section of the hospitality supplies catalog. Additionally furnishings themselves are low end budget line with the microwave oven being almost bigger than the Flat screen TV of all of 23" inches. There are no closets. No breakfast facilities no pool no hot tub...nothing that would even remotely hint at the "boutique" claim. It is a clean and kept up MOTEL, it is not a hotel and it is nowhere near a "Boutique Hotel". I think the industry and the government regulators should be more discerning and demanding from Hotel operators claiming to be anything other than they actually are. I also think they are using the moniker "BOUTIQUE" to charge $200/night for rooms that are barely worth $150/night on the busiest weekend.

Great location. Rooms were nothing special and in need of an update. Air conditioners struggled during the day. TV very small. Fridge and coffee maker were good.

Didn’t like anything about the property. Didn’t like that the towels were dirty and the floor mat towel had a blood stain and was wet when I arrived like if it was used. For the two days stay no cleaning services were done. No towels were given. Had to ask for a towel. I probably will never stay there again.

The property was very close to where I needed to be in a convenient location It was advertised as a suite, but in reality was just a really big room with a bed table a small TV. Generally a suite will take on a more luxurious vibe, but this one was more just based on space it seemed like.. if the owners invest in some better furniture, a bigger TV and more stuff to fill the space and this would be amazing room

Really liked my 3 night stay. Super clean room and bathroom. Great bed and loved the 5 star hotel quality towels! Perfect location to old town and beaches. Trolly stops near the hotel for a fun little round town transportation. Will definitely stay there again. Great Expedia room rates!

Good location, quiet and peaceful. Great and friendly staff. Nothing was bad.

This hotel used to be a Roadway Inn. The location is good but the hotel is in the middle of room renovations. Our room was newly “renovated” but it didn’t have any furniture in it…just two beds and an old chair and small table. The staff member told me some story about a contractor throwing all the furniture away but neglected to order more? It did not make sense. I would not stay at this hotel again. The room renovation is shoddy work, old curtains and bed linens, no furniture, etc. There are other better budget hotels in the area.
