Very old carpet was wet and full of chemicals. You cannot even step your foot in it.Bath tup ready for full of hair, balcony full of dust. Chairs are moldy. It is not clean. It’s disgusting. Never going back to this place.

The location was perfect. The trolley stops across the street for access to old downtown and shopping. It’s an easy walk to North Beach which has fire rings for evenings on the beach and boogie boarding during the day. Bike rentals and bike trail is super close too. The room was a typical size. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was set up strangely. One staff member made and distributed the food. If you wanted make a waffle, toast, bagels, oatmeal, tea, or pick up a yogurt, milk, juice, muffin - pretty much anything except fruit - you had to wait in line for staff to get it for you. Needless to say it took forever and we ended up skipping it most of our stay beyond the first couple days. It would have been nice to have seating on the top floor since there was plenty of space for it. The rooms don’t really have anywhere to sit besides the bed.

Was expecting just a continental breakfast but enjoyed a breakfast sandwich.

We got a suite room here, but it was both a blessing (big space) and a curse (paper-thin walls let us know what every neighbor was doing). The breakfast was serviceable: enough for us. The hotel is unfortunately located directly off a main road that locals in jacked up trucks seem to enjoy racing on day and night. That's another noise nuisance. The pool was nice, and we walked all the way down to the local beach a couple of times. That beach was better than the one by the city pier, in our experience. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located directly at a free trolley stop provided by the city.

Property was pretty nice the room we had was pretty worn though carpet was stained, bathroom had rust in some areas as well as the tiling and the tub itself was stained. The room just needed to be remodeled and the carpeting was fairly dirty. Corners of the room were a little dirty

I book far in advance and asked for a room by the pool. Got a very musty room by the laundry room and covered carport. The room was dark and so humid our sheets felt wet.

Not much The breakfast room was depressing with very little to offer. The hall way carpets were terribly stained. The deluxe room had decent decor but the bed and bedding was substandard. The room was over $400 for the night. This should be a $100 room

Friendly attentive pet friendly near the beach. Pool area very nice… Rugs in my room sticky.

We stayed in the King Suite. Nice kitchen and huge island counter. Could use a dining table. The sofa and floor rug needs to be replaced. Cable channels were not available. The front desk lobby could use a ATM machine. Shower/ bathtub needs shower head replaced. I expected better for the price of a suite.
