The hotel was nice, clean, and ideally located. The pool area was small, but otherwise good. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helped provide extra towels throughout our stay. Parking spaces were...weird

Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice location, breakfast included, parking is tight, location is fantastically close to the beach.

Room size, TV channel selection No TV guide screen to see what was playing on any channel. No freezer frig combo, just frig. Info on all programs empty. So when you're checking in, nobody says a word about a parking fee, nobody asks what vehicle you're driving or your vehicle registration number or even offers to give you a parking pass it simply is not even brought up at all. There are no signs indicating that one would have to pay nightly parking fee either. Then in the morning of checkout, someone slides a bill for $20 a night parking under your door.. The scene is rather cowardly and backstabbing way to charge for parking. If you're gonna charge for parking, say so up front acknowledge the person's registration number and give them a parking pass. As it turns out, I used Uber to get to the hotel. I didn't even have a vehicle and my Uber was waiting for me when I went to leave the room and noticed the piece of paper on the ground by the door indicating a $20 a night parking fee. I immediately went to the front desk and the person there basically shrugged their shoulders and said, that's just the way we do it. I said, I used Uber, why are you charging me for parking? Furthermore, had I have driven my own vehicles, I would have expected someone to say it up front and to issue me a parking pass I was late for my flight and had to leave so I fought no longer with this person. But it simply is not fair, it's rather chicken s*** and backstabbing and very unprofessional. I think as many hotels do, their pricing includes parking. TO charge additional parking, especially when you don't even know how many vehicles a person has be, it 0 or 5 is ridiculous, and insulting. Cowards, back stabbing corruption!

Location It’s old and is past due a good remodeling (specifically the rooms, old dirty carpet is not very appealing)

Very clean. All Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. Easy parking. Special thanks to Marina and Gaby for all there help.

Property is beautiful, the breakfast was amazing. Short walk to the beach to North Beach. The staff was nice. The area is quiet and there’s a lot of places to eat around. Can’t wait to come back. The only thing that I think they need to change are their bath towels.

Our family loved staying at the Holiday Inn, we loved the complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. Staff was friendly and did an excellent job meeting all of our needs. The hotel room was nice and clean.
