Nice rooms. Good amount of things to do at the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

Please don’t stay here!! Rude check-in staff. Rooms not ready, key cards don’t work, airport shuttle from the airport non- existent but when you leave hotel it works, impossible to navigate property, buildings spread out- stay in main building otherwise you’ll walk for a mile with your luggage with no help, room missing soap, coffee, cups, tissues, horrible experience and over priced

Everyone was so friendly and kind , especially the restaurant staff , food and service was 10/10

I paid to much money to stay in a old building. I thought my room was going to be in the newer taller buildings. Also, couldn't check-in one minute before 4 pm

I booked Doubletree because I was in only for the night and needed the shuttle. The restaurant was closed but the tuna sandwich in the snack shack and famous Doubletree cookies were just fine! The king bed was amazing. The shower got hot quickly and I really liked the private bedroom and slept so well on the soft pillows.

Room could use an upgrade

It was great place to stay with a 2yr and 6yr. Our door led us right out to the mini putt which lead right to the pool and restaurant. Highly recommended. Sons loved the food there.

Bed was comfy. View from balcony was nice (had the pool view). The food & drinks from the bar were delicious especially the nachos ! Convenient location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the text messages checking to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Will be staying here again. Great hotel.

Amazing place well worth the price

I thought this hotel would have more amenities for its high price. The room was very small, the air conditioner leaked water, the pool was far from the room, and they charge $25 per day for parking. We stayed two nights and they didn't clean the room. I'm sorry, I don't recommend it

Everything was a Perfect 10 from start to finish. Great check in experience, room was great, staff were amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Don’t be fooled by the entrance pics because it looks amazing and new but the rooms aren’t! The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the toilet seat was not bolted down so it would bang every time we used it. The outer doors on the second floor have to be kicked to close otherwise they don’t latch! The outside needs help, it’s dirty and garbage everywhere. The breakfast was amazing and included as we payed ahead but they had no idea when we ordered so we had to get that straightened out. The pool was nice and the bar area was also but the bartender Sarah needs an attitude adjustment. Overall it was a good stay

Hotel was worst to stay at. Staff was terrible.

It’s multiple buildings and the building we were in was very old. It was clean and close to the airport but the low ceilings, old elevators, hallways, bathrooms and metal doors make it feel like a barracks. There was also a used towel on our balcony, so attention to detail may not be there. Our room smelled like cigarettes, maybe an old smoking hotel? I would not stay here again. Pay the extra money and stay closer to sights in a newer hotel. The staff were all very friendly though!
