I don't normally write reviews but this hotel was really disappointing, room was dirty, crumbs on floor, ripped curtains, dirty carpet, smelly sink, we paid extra for a balcony and you could not sit on the cushions, they should, have been light grey but where black like coal, when mentioned to front desk was told we have had some issues, fridge in room also did not work, we were there 2 nights and housekeeping did not not make up room , never saw them they seemed non existent, the only good thing was the location, really disappointed room we stayed in was 202

One thing I liked was the location, other than that, my room was dirty(crumbs along the wedge of the beds/ grapes on the floor from the previous guests), we had 1 towel for 4 people,

I would never set foot in this hotel evsr again.
-
Shower didn’t drained hard and uncomfortable to shower. Dirty lamps dusty, stains on pillows towels and sheets.
-
I was told no early check-in to come back at 4 PM. I wasn’t able to get into my room until almost 530. All they offered was a $30 drink voucher. An absolute joke I don’t know what was going on was not very helpful.
-
Room was never serviced. Soap dispenser did not work and the towels and linens were old with stains.
-
You would imagine $350 a night would get you a decent room but AC didn’t work nor the TV. They charge for everything including parking and internet. Gym had only two machines and a rack of dumbbells but 2-3 people filled the room. Not worth the price
-
Good vibes good staff horrible parking, unless you tryna pay for vallet parking trash.
-
Staff was very friendly. What clean and up-to-date
-
The rooms were clean, nice size. Negative the air-conditioning was not working in the rooms. Unknown until check-in. Portable units available. Worked ok once sealed properly for ventilation. Staff kept checking on me to ensure I was comfortable. Great location.

We always choose this hotel for the location, design, cleanliness & comfort.

We were informed by the front desk clerk that the A/C was not working that day, but there was a portable A/C in the room. He offered a 30% discount if we chose to stay or can give us a full refund. We checked the room if it was comfortable, and it was cool enough for us so we stayed. The room was noisy due to the street motorcycles. The portable A/C was already loud and the street noise added to it. There were three of us in the room which I had put on my reservation, but the towels were for two people only. We didn't mind staying there since it was only for one night, but we wouldn't stay there for more than one.

Resort was very nice and in a good location. Central air didn’t work, so they had portable units in some rooms.
-
Did not like that the AC did not work and the temperature of the room was about 80 degrees. Did not give us any heads up before getting there and from past reviews seems like it’s been not working since May! Did not get the rooms we booked and when we asked they said their rewards members get priority. Also their valet parking lot had no room and they have no other parking lot other than a ACE parking lot down the street.
-
The location was good and convenient but the hotel itself wasn’t the greatest. Looks much better in pictures. The hotel online states that they have Air conditioning and unfortunately that’s not true and we had to ask for a fan which was disappointing and they do not have their own parking for the hotel which forces you to pay $40 a day to valet park . I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel staff was nice enough to let me know that the AC wasn't working. They said they tried to call me but didn't have my phone number because I booked through expedia. I was some what concerned having a room with no AC during the summer, but that weekend wasn't so hot and they offered giving me a fan during my stay and a discounted rate. Overall our stay wasn't too bad. One thing I wasn't to keen bout our stay is parking. Either we had to have

The staff was not helpful. They failed to inform us or accommodate us when the AC had broken. They had left equipment inside of our room and acted like that was normal. No free drink or any compensation was offered.
-
We arrived about 2 hours early for check-in and upon arrival a trainee receptionist, who was by themselves, told us the AC units in most if not all rooms weren’t working. He then lets us know that there is a room ready without AC, but we can wait until check in time for a small, unlikely chance to get a room with AC. The trainee tells us if we do wait we will likely not get a room with AC. It was highly disappointing and frustrating to arrive to such an inconvenience and have it be dealt with an employee who could not deliver bad news well. He falsely tells us that the hotel can give us a 30% off. I had to check with another receptionist on another day and was told they cannot honor that since I booked through hotels.com and had to contact that customer service for a resolution.

Given this deceit has been going on for months now, this is all but routine to the staff and owners. Avoid this place at all costs.
