Arrived late and staff was very accommodating

Booked 2 stays by accident and they refused to refund one of them. Very unhappy.

Unless you want to find a public parking space around hotel property

We had a good time. It was in the most perfect spot. It was clean. And loved being able to walk everywhere. Disliked having no where to park when we needed to check in and it was only valet. $$$ not okay.

Beautiful hotel that sits on the corner. Its about 8 minutes from the airport. Beautiful backspash in the bathtoom. Everything was updated! Love these boutique hotels.

It is clean and the rooms are decent size and cozy No parking

I had a lovely experience here, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel was very well maintained, there is a full bar, the staff was very helpful, and check-in and out were extremely easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning.

A diamond in the rough! The immediate surrounding area wasn't impressive but the hotel more than made up for it. The staff was SUPER helpful and the hotel design was something out of a magazine! My only concern was the obvious wear & tare on the shower fixtures. And the misleading advertisement of a "self-serve" breakfast.

no pool or parking on site. complimentary valet but it took awhile to drop off and pick up your car each time you needed too.

Crabby and unhelpful staff. Nowhere to put your clothing or luggage in the hotel room. Courtyard was unkept. the TVs and the fireplace did not work. I was told that they haven’t worked for the last five years. Shower amenities were very low could not get the product out of the pump bottles that were attached to the shower wall, the room smelt like a damp baby’s diaper. Very expensive, no coffee in the lobby no amenities would not stay there again

The hotel is well maintained and kept very clean. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Food was not as good as advertised. It was ok. No pool. Parking was hard to find but it’s San Diego so that should be expected.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Our family had a great time here. There was plenty of space for all of us. Would stay here again if ever back in San Diego.

I had the worst experience at this property! the prices were jacked up when you check in and also the conceirge wasnt very responsive..every time i needed something like a towel or something else i had to go downstairs to nudge them..worst experience ever
