The Pearl Hotel

Great place. However the ac broke in the middle of the night.

We had such a nice stay at the Pearl, staff was very friendly and the environment was lively! Our room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. If you love a more intimate stay but lively night life, this place is for you. During the day it’s pretty quiet, but towards the evening there is music playing and everyone is enjoying the bar/ restaurant. Parking is limited so keep that in mind when going in and out. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would plan to come back in the future.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The property's Art Deco look was impressive. Our room air conditioner/heater was a little noisy - we advised the property of this minor, correctable problem.

What a beautiful boutique hotel! The room was large and beautifully decorated! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The food at Ponyboy was great and so was the location. we walked everywhere and didn’t move our car once. Would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sam Diego it is super close to the airport and easy to get to Ocean Beach and all other spots in San Diego.

I stayed in the mini pearl and I absolutely loved it! It is definitely ‘mini’! But it was so perfect and cozy for a solo trip! I can’t say enough great things about the staff - so friendly and helpful!

The room was clean. Needs a small refrigerator though. Perfect location for walking around the marina. Close to food and bars/ brewery. Was expecting it to be a little more retro in ambience. But all in all a good stay.

Staff was amazing!!! Let us check in early which was wonderful. We utilized the beach cruisers which are free to use and went all over the area. Room was clean but there was some buzzing noise throughout the night/early morning that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. It would buzz every 15 minutes which was super annoying. Would definitely stay here again but would request a different eoom on backside of building.

Room was kinda clean, Room was in a weird spot on the property. Parking is limited which is annoying when you have to pay for it.

Only thing that wasn't ideal was the noise - room was located on the side street where large trucks were unloading early in the AM but that's likely unavoidable in that area as most hotels are tucked into the hill with other businesses and or homes. Outside of that its worth a visit.

The free bikes were incredible, bartenders were amazing. Kenneth was so helpful and offered such kindness and went above and beyond every day we were there. Loved our stay!
