Absolutely nothing! This was totally misrepresented by Booking.com Lack of safety, leaking fridge by electric outlet, telephone did not work, sagging mattress, stained side chair, exorbitant price under the label as a ‘boutique’ motel

This is our first time staying at the Sea Harbor Mottel and wow what a great experience. We’re having very accommodating staff everyone’s very nice we’ve met everybody Raul we met Mia. I may be not mentioning a couple names. I forgot but everybody’s been really great. They have a nice pool open till 10 o’clock at night very refreshing great location walk right to Mitch‘s right on the water there fantastic. Good price will be staying again Bd recommending this place to our friends.

This is a modest property - an old style hotel with room doors opening directly to the outside - but the rooms are big enough to be comfortable; the pool area is small but very nice. The housekeeping staff came every day and tidied up the room. One tip: I'd recommend requesting a room on the second floor, which is quieter. We originally had a room on the first floor, and a very noisy, large family group was staying in multiple rooms above us. We requested a room change to a second-floor room away from the noisy family, and the hotel immediately relocated us - great customer service which we appreciated.

I recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed provided exceptional comfort, allowing for a fantastic night of sleep.

The only thing that kind of sucks is you have to pay for parking but the fare is not even that bad

Clean room great parking

This hotel is a classic 1950’s style hotel that has been refurbished. The rooms are small but clean. Our only complaint about the hotel is the bed. The bedding was clean, but the bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for us both. The staff was kind. The hotel was clean. The parking lot was extremely small and crowded which makes parking a full size truck a bit of a challenge. The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better as it sits right next to Point Loma Seafood and some incredible walks.

the check in was great the parking was not so great big vehicles parked crooked and in some case over the line made it almost impossible to fit in spot also roofers had most of the spots taped off and blocked all the free spots very frustrating as we werent the only ones with the parking dilema aside from that not a bad place to stay

Late check-in sent smoothly.

The cutest little hotel in an amazing location! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
-
Location, location, location! 600 feet from my charter boat, 300 feet from the beer garden!
-
Absolutely love this place. It's perfectly located. Definitely will stay here again
-
Clean and confortable great launch point for point loma water activities. 100 steps to fishing boat.
-
The location is great, beach and back deck were so relaxing, our room was quite the opposite. At one point we considered sleeping on the lounge chairs on the deck.
-
Older hotel right next to the marina. Room was located at one end right by the iron gate to the marina so it started opening & slamming shut about 330 am. Not very restful but nice friendly staff
-
Great stay from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy everything I had planned during my trip. I had a great experience overall and felt completely comfortable staying here. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Not a nice place. It is great for a cheap hotel, but for the money you can find somewhere who does not give you ear plugs from the noise from other guests. Very disappointed with the double bed, was supposed to be a queen. The ear plugs for noise. Just a run down older hotel

Was comfortable.
