Not a nice place. It is great for a cheap hotel, but for the money you can find somewhere who does not give you ear plugs from the noise from other guests. Very disappointed with the double bed, was supposed to be a queen. The ear plugs for noise. Just a run down older hotel

Was comfortable.

Great location. Rooms are very small. They don’t offer a chair to sit on, even at the desk that’s provided in the room. Room was infested with ants. Front desk gave us a spray bottle with windex to try and control them. Was notified by them, that they’ve been having a problem with ants for a while. Not fun having ants in your bed.

When we arrived, they did not have our reservation, apparently it did not transfer from Expedia. He found reservation and gave me an upgrade. Room is pretty decent - walls had been patched but nothing hung. Overall, pretty decent stay though.

This property was an excellent location for our vacation, which included several days of fishing with the local charters. Ground floor room made it convenient to carry our gear back and forth easier to the docks. Super friendly staff and the water pressure and hot water in the shower was AMAZING! Definitely 2 thumbs up. We will re-book in the future.

Good experience, extremely convenient to the fishing boata. Not much parking.

Clean and conveniently located. With a friendly and well informed staff.

The bed was TERRIBLE. Hard as a rock and the worst mattress I have ever slept on, coming from someone who travels a lot. We may have just caught the pool at a bad time buy there were quite a few bugs and leaves in the water. But overall the staff was friendly and rooms were pretty clean!

It's a 2 star motel/hotel. The location is good. It's near Shelter Island. The room is small, old but decent. Bed was comfy. There's a lot to do in that area. So for the price and a short 2 day visit, it's worth it. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

We were there for a short three nights stay. Our checking was just OK. Nothing too. Write home about the cleaning staff was visible around the property and the most resourceful. There were no luggage carts. Where was a beverage, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The room and bathroom had inadequate counter space. No luggage racks in the room suitcases had to set on the floor and no chair to sit in. The location of this property is why we chose it and due to the fact that comicon was in town, the rates were really high, and our choices for hotels were limited. This is a property that caters to deepsea fisherman that go out from the docs next-door. So your hair a lot of early morning risers. Getting ready to catch the early boats. It is close to some really good restaurants and fun bars. I felt safe walking my service animal around the neighborhood.

Great location- nice for walking with lots of coffee & restaurant choices around. Lots of trash in the parking lot - decent fee at just $9 a night though
-
Nice location. Great staff.

This is more like an inn not a boutique hotel, very basic inn. If the price is below 200 USD it’s probably ok but I booked for 375 usd which is way overpriced given the quality.
-
Very disappointed. A motel marketed as a hotel . Coffee was only instant coffee. Smells bad murianna. So called harbor view room was almost fake .
-
Parking spots narrow but # spot’s adequate
-
Dougy was very helpful and did an excellent job checking us in and getting us the room we needed
-
A little small, but it was definitely worth the stay!
-
Nice area to walk around the pier.

In my opinion, this motel should not have ever received high reviews on multiple third-party platforms. It’s a dated motel with attempts to make it look modernized but still shows it’s age. Definitely, the pictures look better on all the website. If you’re looking for a luxurious feel then I suggest there are other more appropriate places. They have individual coffee machines in the room however, you have to purchase water unless you want to he is tap water…not one complementary bottle of water. No dressers on in the room either. This is an average hotel that tries to punch above its weight. However, the location is fantastic and it does seem to be relatively clean.
