Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel

The room was super clean. We had a very nice view of the marina from our balcony. I liked that they had smoking rooms. The continental breakfast they offer is really good with a different selection daily. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a nice stay at the B-Dub! Hotel location was perfect and the daily breakfast got us fueled up and ready for our adventures.

Location is great, practical, good parking. Variety of breakfast items and pool was clean and good temperature. Friendly staff Trouble with the A/C in the room, it was not cooling enough.

Shower curtain bar had a metal cap that attached to the wall, one cap was loose and hanging. On the plus side, staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the parking was very accessible. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay.

Easy to find. 1. Handicap accessibility is limited in parking structures. And not clearly identified on arrival. 2. There is no hot water in Handicap room during the evening. There was hot water in the morning. However, my 93 year old mother was not able to shower before bed. I did inquire at the front desk. They kept yelling at me to pull the knob. I said it's a lever, not a knob. Seems like they don't even know their own installations. My mother was already in bed by 7 p.m., and I'm capable of turning on hot water. However, staff tried to blame the client. I think that's the worst... I really expect a partial refund. 3. My BW hotel rewards were not given, nor was I acknowledged upon arrival or departure.

Location in marina, close to the zoo, great view from balcony. Needed more smaller tables gor breakfast.

The staff was great. Our room have this. Mallely smell to it. A kind of floured of my allergies in the bathroom. The floor was raising up and water would go in there. I don’t know if it’s because it’s old. It’s not cleaned. I mean overall. It’s a good deal because it includes breakfast and parking if you’re just staying there for a day or two.

Breakfast, spa, and pool was heated, parking was included. The toilet was so close to the wall that your arm was forced to hug the tp dispenser. Our car got door dinged by another car cause the spots were too small. The only door in the room was the toilet shower, making it impossible to change your clothes with kids without having to ask someone to go stand in the 2 feet of space in front of the toilet. the bathroom was incredibly tiny.

The kitchen set up. One of the staff lady that came on shift after Jennifer who was no help left. The ocean view I requested and didn't get If my room wasn't canceled by the manager on duty. My reservation was canceled the morning (6am) I arrived by the manager because the books wasn't looked at for my updated card information. I was told by Jennifer that I could only stay one night instead of 2 nights. I was told that I could only get a smoking room with a king bed for 4 people to sleep in or a one double bed room for 4 people. I was put in room 505 after waiting 3 hours for a room, this room was horrible the air didn't work or the shower. The Manager is horrible for canceling my room and not going through every procedure when I arrived at 2:18pm instead of accommodating me.
