Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel

First, whenever I ran the water in the sink, there was a very unpleasant odor. Second, the bed was extremely worn out. You don't notice it when you're sitting on the edge, but as soon as you lie down, it feels like you're falling into a hole. I even tried sleeping on the other side, but it was exactly the same. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced.

The location, parking and the facility are outstanding. The staff assisted with an excellent room with access to parking for loading and unloading.

The pool and hot tub were great. Room was comfortable. This will definitely be my new spot to stay when I come to SD.

Ok breakfast, the rest had room to improve, our room was basic, water leaking all over inside the fridge, palmetto bug on curtain walking towards my head, amenities at the desk but they don’t tell you what they offer, staff never explicitly mentioned handicap parking available, vinyl planks in bathroom coming off floor, that impressed

First of all, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. One area that could be improved is the sink in our room. The drain was very slow, causing the water to take a long time to empty. Addressing this would make the overall guest experience even better.

The breakfast wasnt that great, but the staff was awesome. The room was clean. Cant beat the location in proximity to the marina. Would stay again.

Absolutely terrible staff as soon as I told him that I have a problem with my room instead of listening to me, they got defensive and start arguing. They had this receptionist sitting in the with bathrobe. I kid you not.

Great service by everyone and great location away from major traffics.

We really enjoyed having a balcony with the harbor in view. We also enjoyed the light coming through the glass walls on the hallways. The staff was kind and helpful. I definitely will stay here again.
