Stronger disinfectant for floors would help considerably, along with a checklist for daily maid service so that soap, tissues, coffee refills, trash emptied, etc. are not overlooked. Super nice employees, so a better support system needs to be in place. Breakfast is always the same. Missed having actual butter available. Great location, easy to catch freeways. Penasquitos seems charming.

I had an acceptable stay here. Only comments are that its a little noisy as the property's location to the freeway and highway was a bit problematic. My room was comfortable except when some pranksters pulled the fire alarm at 2.30am one night. I needed a handicap accessible room and it was provided and was well equipped for my needs. Some fixtures of the room needed some attention as they were showing their ware. All in all it was acceptable accomodations.

As a construction guy, this is one hotel we all stay at. Very clean, comfortable, and close to many dining options. I would recommend this place and will be staying again.

Do not book here. No help from Expedia either. Was told I would be refunded and wasn’t. We did not even open the door to the room as the person in the room next door had external facing cameras in the windows, the door to room open with a black sheet over the entrance. Was told by front desk staff he lived there. Immediately requested the reservation cancelled.

Stayed with family for my son’s soccer tournament. The breakfast was average. Staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out. Parking was convenient. Price for the room was reasonable for the stay.

The property was clean and the amenities were good, staff were professional and helpful. The only negative item, if that, would be the breakfast. Minimal choices were available.

Room was fine until we noticed a few ants and had two roaches. Due to the circumstance of the week we were staying, it was hard to cancel and find a new place to stay. Told the front desk but they didn’t really do much and just said that they had no more rooms available

We got a room that looked like it had been newly remodeled so there were paint splatters and missing the final touches like a nightstand, wall art and trash cans. Overall the location and quality of the rooms was good. One thing that I was frustrated about was the laundry room was not open 24 hours and we needed to wash my son’s uniform so I had to wash it in the sink.
