Clean, great location, friendly staff and quiet

Stayed here for a week with my kids and it had everything we needed! Love the kitchen amenities and the separate bedroom. Pool was nice and relaxing, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! Staff was super friendly and helpful right away when needed. It was located right off the freeway which was very helpful and was close to a grocery store

The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. The gym air conditioning did not seem to be working so it was very toasty in there. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient for our day trips, no further than a 20-25 minute drive to the beach, Safari Park, the Zoo, and close to Costco, Trader Joe's, and local restaurants. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Love this hotel! We keep coming back there. Excellent in everything. The AC is awesome during the heat wave. Refrigerator is very helpful. Microwave too to eat left over food. It's always very clean. I got nothing bad to say about the hotel! We've been coming there for years, 3 or 4 times a year. It is very convenient since it's close to restaurants. I give it 100/100 perfection.

Worked well for our stay with our teammates. Having breakfast, pool towels, laundry area, water machine, and convenient parking on site were all a plus.

Excellent service. Room was very clean. AC worked very well as it was very hot outside. Refrigerator a big plus. It had a stove and dishwasher. Bed is comfy too. I always go back there every time I'm in town visiting friends.

I've stayed at many Residence Inn's before, and this one is not on my list to return. My family and I had a very subpar experience, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, the sofa bed was unbearable to sleep on, and the rooms were not cleaned or kept up to our standards for the three days that we were there. The only thing that was decent was the breakfast, but otherwise we will not be staying at this location again for those reasons.

Room was spacious, A/C and TV were easy to use, pool and hot tub were well maintained, and most important the staff was more than efficient, they were fun, friendly and really seemed to like working there

I liked the Complementary Breakfast It's convenient when traveling with family. The property was clean and well maintained.

We checked out early cause the bathroom kept clogging up. Curtains were filthy and full of holes. Shouldn't be charging for parking.

The hotel was fantastic. Using Expedia to book it was the problem. Was billed by Expedia for the room but when my family and I showed up the Expedia payment would not go through. Had to spend 45 min on the phone trying to speak with a live Expedia agent to sort it out. Ended up getting a refund from Expedia (which I’m told could take up to 3 weeks). Had to pay for the room with the hotel itself. So as of right now I’m out for 2 payments for the same room until my refund comes through. Such a lame experience by a travel app that brags about ease of use. Deleting my account after I’m refunded. Not worth the hassle when you’re on vacation.

One of the reservations was deleted from the system and the Residence Inn would not honor it.

Only issue we experienced was the sofa bed…uncomfortable and beat up.

The Staff was excellent!!!! Great Location!

Rooms were clean, we'll maintained, friendly staff & a descent breakfast. Keep in mind you need to pay for on site parking.

We had an extra guest staying in our room and the staff provided extra pillow and blankets for us to be comfortable.

I always feel cozy and "at home", while staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. From the pool, to showers, to the bed, TV, and breakfast, I felt pampered and relaxed. Thank you Marriott for an enjoyable Staycation!!

This was our first time staying at a hotel. Being in a new city let alone county, with two small children was nerve wrecking for my wife and I to say the least, but The Reserve really exceeded our expectations! It was clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful! The pool was a plus! Definitely a sigh of relief after an amazing day at Sesame Place. Parking was easy and close to the lobby. Also the complimentary breakfast was a life safer! Guaranteed a returning traveler and will be recommending it to our friends and family!

Hotel is due for an update. Furnishings carpet appliances are tired. Staff was very helpful
