Their staff is friendly. I like their bed, it is comfortable. Also the kids love the pool, it was quite a hot day when we were there Our room is just by the freeway, very noisy at night. Also there was a garage truck working like 6:30am in the morning, that waked me up and I could not get back to sleep. They could have more healthy breakfast options.

The breakfast was amazing all mornings we had it! The pool area was really nice and the layout of our room was perfect for having little kids. We enjoyed the easy checkin and the staff was kind. My only complaint is that the carpeted floor was VERY dirty. We have a 1 year old who is crawling everywhere and it took less than 1 minutes for him to be COMPLETELY covered in filth. There wasn't an isssue of visbible debris, but this carpet is extremely dirty and should be regularly cleaned. On this trip I stayed at other hotels where this was never an issue for my 1 year old. His hands, legs, and tops of his feet were black. Please, please professionally clean the carpets from time to time! Otherwise, I would have given this hotel a 10/10.

The property is very nice I love the open space in between rooms to see the pool and kids playing. The breakfast was great! I wish it was open tile 10am for a sleepers lol. Over all great time second visit here

The breakfast was amazing, the staff are friendly and super helpful. My kids looooved the outdoor pool. Unfortunately when we got there our room hadn’t been fully cleaned and we had to move rooms. However the staff were really good about it and our new room was satisfactory.

Overall the stay was nice and I would stay there again. Only problem I had was the water pressure in 312 was nonexistent. Barely a trickle and the shower head didn’t work only the shower wand.

Clean Parking was bad and breakfast was very crowded

The bathroom fixtures are of cheap low quality. Both sink and shower faucets don't adjust water temperature well. It's either too cold or too hot, with a tiny turning of the handles. You can easily tell by the finish of those handles that they were poorly made. On the other hand, kitchen staff were awesome. The breakfast was way above other hotels of same price range. Fresh oatmeal and overnight oatmeal with chia seed tasted amazing. The lady Isabel was the best. She went out of her way to ensure guests were satisfied.

A one bedroom suite was a good value for 4 adults. Staff was nice, showed flexibiity on check-in and out. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast could have started earlier (only 7a.m-9 a.m.) and been open longer. Generally, comfortable place. I would stay here again.
