Hotel is located in great location and parking is free. Very nice staff with great service. Rooms look spacious and bathroom and shower area look modern. Highly recommended to families. Breakfast could be better and breakfast area needs improvement. I was very disappointed in the breakfast area presentation. It does not live up to the name of the hotel.

Clean room, had to call maintenance to have them get rid of ants all over the window frame , front desk was average friendly , security guard was very very attentive, just a little disappointed when I requested a late check out since i stayed 2 night to recover from a surgery and needed more time, they only allowed 30 mins , the reason they gave me is because i booked thru a third party, felt like a second class guest.

The receptionist had a very bad attitude—not friendly or polite at all. For that reason, I won't stay there again.

A beer and the tiny bar was $8.00. My suite was pie shape and was two separate rooms with a small doorway. Kids were running all over the property w/o parental supervision. One woman finally found her 9 year old daughter and said to her, "Sara, I've been looking for you for an hour." This is a modest hotel, the mom looked like she was sleeping and was careless. There are sketchy people loitering outside of the hotel... The types of people you warn your daughter about. I won't stay here again.

I was charged a 100 dollar deposit by the hotel for using a 3rd party account to book. They told me I would be paid back between 5 to 7 business days and I have yet to be paid back. Otherwise the hotel was nice tidy organized and clean. I had zero issues outside of that.
