I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only thing that I would prefer is if they had an elevator, but I know that something we can’t change, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend for those who want to stay in San Diego, but don’t wanna stay in the city.

Room had a funny smell like cleaning products and old cigarettes. How, it was clean. The AC was loud. Breakfast was fair. Convenient but not the tastiest. Waffles were best. Staff was helpful. Had to go 4 times to reset room keys. They kept decoding.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, property was really dirty. Staff was rude when told about the weird smell coming from the room.

Because of the condition of the hotel, I decided not to stay. I tried to cancel my reservation and request a refund, but the staff was not helpful. As a result, I ended up losing $600. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not book this hotel again.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. While I only remember Raj by name, he provided outstanding service, and everyone I interacted with was equally welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and a great value for the price. The location is excellent, with easy freeway access and many attractions just 15–20 minutes away. Free parking is a nice bonus. The breakfast has improved a little with change alternate day and more options compared to previous visits. Overall, this is an economical hotel with a great location, clean rooms, and exceptional staff. I would happily stay here again.

The property was cleaned and staff was really nice. The only complaint I had was that there was no elevator to the third floor. The great news is the staff did ask if we wanted to change rooms to the first floor so we appreciate that

It was hard getting up and down the stairs with a wheelchair which my mother requires. The stay was good overall.

The location is good, there was adequate parking, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property however, is in disrepair. Bad smells coming from some of the sinks in the rooms. The carpeting in the rooms is filthy and needs to be replaced. The property in general needs updating. I would not stay here again.

The room was “ok”. On the small side if you have four people. Not a lot of room for luggage. Property seems tired and a bit rundown. Staff was friendly enough although we had to ask for our room to be cleaned three times before it was done.

The bathrooms were old and the property, beds were good.

The room we were in smelled like it had been smoked in and they sprayed something to cover it up. It looked like there was mold in the bathroom, and the rooms look nicer online than they do in person. I requested new sheets and only got a new fitted sheet. They did provide waters at check in and gave us extra towels when we requested them.

Stay was 2 nights.. check in was quick, staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean with the exception of 2 small (1”) bugs, otherwise known as ‘mini cockroaches’. They met me as they were running across the desk/counter.. otherwise room was clean, bathroom clean, beds were comfortable, good selection of pillows. The A/C works great, actually had to turn it down, because I didn’t bring my parka!! Overall nice stay for the price, decent value for the $$.

The bathroom could use a facelift as well. The ceiling seemed to been worked out here and there. If I had to rate this room I'm sorry I would have to rate it a 2.5.

The carpet in the room is dirty ( you can the see the stain on the carpet). The shower head is filthy ( you can see the hardwater buildup on the shower head). The air condition is not working properly. I had it set up 60 degrees F and still does not gets cold. The only positive is the bed and towels are clean. For the price, this hotel is not worth $200/night or $120/night. Not recommended.
