Holiday Inn Express Mira Mesa-San Diego by IHG

Location Parking lot was small car was hit and property not responsible for it but still charged a $10 parking fee. They have no cameras in parking lot and no security so what are we paying for?

Nice clean safe

Good

Overall the stay was good. Good size room, comfortable beds. However, the bathroom sink took a long time to drain. Breakfast was great.

Gran atención de Maziar,

Great people, great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

I loved that Holiday Inn has free breakfast buffet

The location is very close to the airshow but the price was very affordable. Its right next to the freeway too. The breakfast is outstanding the room is comfortable and the shower is yhe best ever! Staff were all very hardworking and genuinely kind snd helpful. I liked everything. Cannot say one bad thing about this hotel.

Price matches services rendered. This was a good value proposition.

The breakfast was good!

The only complaint I have is that the hotel is located right by a busy road/freeway and it was noisy! I had a hard time falling asleep because of it so that’s something to consider but not the hotels fault.

Good

We were charged a night that we didn’t stay there due to a flight delay. Unfortunately when we got there the next night, the room we had smelt like feces. When we went down to ask for a room change the staff had left for the night so we had to sleep in it for the night. The staff the next morning did help and gave us a different room, but unfortunately that room had the smell as well although not as bad. After being in the room for a while it smelt like it could have been coming from the drains. It was disappointing that we had to smell this during our entire stay.

Everything was very nice and friendly people. Keep up the good work,

The room was clean, however, when we entered the room, it smelled weird. Like the dust has accumulated in the AC's filter. The window shade is worn out, like someone cut the bottom part.

❤️

Superior is very good

Passable

Charged daily for parking, even though I explained that I only had a car on-site for one of the 6 days I was staying.

The room I was given was not clean, the restroom smelled like sewage and the next room they moved us to, the sheets were stained.
