SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Diego Rancho Bernardo/Scripps Poway

We have been here 3 times over the last several years for a week at a time. The breakfast is really good and the staff is exceptional. My only issues are room service is very eradict only being done twice over 8 days. The other is the loud highway noise in the pool/hot tub area. I wish they would put a wood fence around the pool to help deadening the noise. Neither a deal breaker. A call out to Karen who checked us in and was really sweet and helpful.

The location is excellent, staff was helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good, parking was ok. I would definitely stay at that location again, very convenient to freeways and gas stations and restaurants.

This is the third time we stay here and it has yet to disappoint. We are a family of 4 with smeller littles . Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free breakfast had a good amount of variety and no micro managers watching what or how much you take. On the contrary, the staff was vigilant about needing to replenish food. Parking pass is needed which they took from the deposit. My littles love the view of the freeway from our room, they stay up to watch it as long as they can before they K.O. Costco is also not too far from here either!

Stayed here with my fiance for the weekend. We really liked the room, being our first SpringHill Suite. Clean room. All amenities needed. Staff were friendly.

This place was pretty dirty. Floors in the room I was staying in had red stains all over. The sink by the bathroom did not have proper drainage. The floors all over the hotel had stains. Stains on the blinds. Stain on the mirrors. Small things that shouldn’t be looked over. Crumbs all over the carpet. Never saw it get swept up. Hotel only cared to keep the lobby clean. The pools light fixture inside the pool was completely outside of its socket. Wires hanging out and all. Some people say you get what you pay for but this hotel was not cheap.

Ita a decent hotel. Breakfast was not great. Our bathrooms was a bit dirty. Keep in mind, $20 parking per night.

I recommend this place for families. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything!

The staff was very helpful, the property was clean and the rooms were very nice.

Property was nice. Breakfast offered was good with multiple selections and room for large numbers of guests to move through and eat. My complaint is the exorbitant charge for pets. Site is listed as pet friendly. They do allow pets, but charge $173 per accommodation. Makes it difficult to use points to stay at a Marriott brand hotel.

Everyone was very nice

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable although 4 days with no change of sheets seemed lacking hospitality. I missed having drawers to put my clothes in and the closet was lacking a space to hang a long dress. Didn't care for the wire rack system in the closet. Late night parking is a challenge and this is the first time we've had to pay extra for parking. It should just be included in the room fee.
