Room clean. Property needs improvements in hallways - carpet and painting.

Room was surprisingly clean and well maintained. Pleasure to stay here and probably do so again.

A terrible place. The coffee machine does not even clean at the time I checked in. The filter of coffee Mac does not even deposed and being clean. The kitchen utencer do not clean well. The sofa are very used. The breakfast are terrible. Coffee tasted bed, the date we were checked out. The official check out time is 11am. The cleaning staff kept knocked the door at 9:20 twice asked if we are ready to go so they can clean. My sister was booked another room.her room lacked of bathroom things. As she looked for cleaning lady. The cleaning lady just had the working station there. And disappeared for an hour. After ward she was found out holding a coffee stand to fooling around. Never visit the place again.

They have great customer service. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The only negative thing I can say is they don’t have the laundry machines working so that can cause an inconvenience. Other than that the location and all the rest is great !

One of the best stays for the money. The rooms are large and spacious and so close to everything

Our room had several maintenance issues. The air conditioning needed repair upon arrival, one toilet ran all night and interrupted our sleep, and the other toilet leaked and required maintenance three separate times. Breakfast was inconsistent. The food we did get was good, but most mornings there was very little food available, no forks, and it took a long time for staff to restock. Many guests appeared frustrated as well. It was also difficult to get assistance because the room phones weren't working and the front desk didn't answer, so we had to go downstairs every time we needed help. Evening parking was another challenge due to construction blocking much of the parking lot. The most disappointing part was checkout. When we shared our concerns, the employee was rude and only offered to reimburse our $40 parking fee despite the many issues we experienced. We expected much better based on our previous experience with this hotel brand. Unfortunately, we won't be staying at this location again and would encourage others to consider other options.

DO NOT stay here! We came from Arizona and booked 2 rooms because the price was great for the size. Even though we booked months in advance, when we checked in, we were told the king size bed that we booked was unavailable, so we were given a queen. Property is old and visibly dirty. The toilet handle was hanging out of the tank and you had to juggle it a certain way for it to flush and then again so it didn’t run water all night. No hot water in one of the showers. Tried getting a discount and was denied. Never staying at any Sonesta again. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another place. Pictures on line look nothing like it in person.

Room was ok, we got a free upgrade to a suite but it smelled of mold. Didn't sleep well because of that.

Loved staying here.

Breakfast, needs more varieties. The pool also needs an upgrade.

I personally did not enjoy the night , an odor to the room and tv remote was not working properly . Staff were great.

Clean rooms

Worst hotel experience ever. Requested a room on the 1st floor 3 months in advanced. When I arrived, they had me put in a room on the 3rd floor. There was a vacant room on the 1st floor but they couldn't give it to me because someone "locked" me into the room on the 3rd floor and that they couldn't "unlock" me from that room to make me a room key for the 1st floor room. Complete incompetence from the staff. Very frustrating for someone with multiple disabilities. Not ADA friendly. This place is a disgrace.

The room is outdated and could use some renovation in the shower. The property could use some improvements. Breakfast was good though.
