Felt like the sonesta on sorento mesa was better personally lots of dust in room a bad smell in room when we came in clerk in front desk was great explained everything so thank u for that could be cleaner though in the room

Take care of the smell

Good quiet nice location

The property needs updating but the staff really tries to make sure your needs are met. Couch cushions were coming apart at the seams. No matching towels or linen or utensils. Old tub with updated tile. Interesting but comfortable enough.

Breakfast is fine, however, the plumbing of room is not ok. The toilet bowl overflowed on the floor, and nobody to help at around 9pm. I had to personally work on the plunger to get the bowl cleared, and its disgusting

Our room had an odor in the room. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.

Overall the hotel was good but do not book there if you want internet. Their’s did not work the whole weekend we were there. They tried to get it working but couldn’t.

Nice clean property, our room had a cook top, dishes, silverware, knifes, utensils, coffee maker, coffee, garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. Sectional with a sofa sleeper. The shower had plenty of hot water.

Clean room, nice staff but not enough towels and wash cloths . Asked for a couple and housekeeping said they didn’t have any. Breakfast was ok.

Tip - no need to buy parking tag from hotel, you can park car outside.

The staff was vey friendly and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and elegant. Breakfast was decent.

I have called over 15 times and the phones aren’t working. I submitted a ticket through the corporate office, no one has responded. I called their sister hotel 1 mile away to contact someone and they said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone and even texted someone who works there to respond. No response. It has been 4 days since we left and we are resolved that the blanket is gone. I was willing to pay to have it shipped back to me. It is more frustrating that you can’t get through on the phones or have anyone call you back, even if the answer was that they couldn’t find the blanket. We stayed at the sister hotel last summer and had a wonderful experience we chose this hotel because of the larger rooms. We will not be returning. If you don't forget anything and want it back, this is a good place to stay. However the front desk was unmanned a majority of the time, and their phones weren’t working, nor can they bothered to return messages.

The room was a little dated but spacious, no room service on a daily basis, but a call to the front desk and things were taking care for. Overall, I would say here again
