Location is great. Older building, but well maintained.

Was a wonderful place to stay. My family and I enjoyed everything about this place except for the A/C. The unit in our room would not blow very hard and the room felt humid and warm. I notified to front desk and they immediately sent up a technician to assess the situation. Upon the technician checking on the unit it read 66 degrees as the out flow temperature. The technician advised me that if we were to switch to another room the other rooms read the same thing, that there was not much we could do stating because we have four people in the room it may not get cold. I have stayed in numerous hotels and have never been told this is the reason for the air conditioning unit not blowing out enough air to cool the room. We decided to only stay two nights and not extend our stay. If I were to recommend this hotel I would say it is overall very nice, but if you like to enjoy a room were you will feel comfortable and not having the room temperature being insufficient, I highly recommend choosing another option. Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean. Only thing I noticed a lot of things out of order like ice machine, elevator, and ac in the room could definitely be replaced.

The TV in room 267 was not functioning properly. Netflix was extremely slow, and whenever a channel was selected, the screen would go black. I also tried using YouTube, but the volume was not working.

Absolutely the worst property I’ve stayed at, moved 2 times because wrong room type, 2nd room had no AC on one of the hottest weekends. Complained but got now where with the staff.

Things were broken. The shower didn’t work The fridge was super loud and all frozen inside. An elevator was down.

Please note: the air conditioning at this property is dated and subpar. Jamal (one of the maintenance staff, wonderful, by the way) gave us a box fan which did help with the heat. I would highly recommend calling the location to see if they have upgraded yet before booking. Other than that (or if you travel there in the wintertime) our stay was great. Rent a car and check out all of the different shopping plazas - there is a Trader Joes and a Costco within a 15 drive. Check out RB Donuts and BAHA Indian restaurants. Excellent area to stay in and we will absolutely be back!
