Hotel San Diego-Rancho Bernardo

Paid for a four start hotel but got a two start, room needs everything updates.

It was quiet and clean w/a comfy bed...and a microwave in the lobby. That's all I need ¿¿

Comfortable and quiet Room needed some basic repairs in the bathroom (toilet paper holder barely hanging on the wall, e.g.).

The room was large, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. No coffee or water in the lobby.

There was absolutely nothing that appealed to me at this hotel. I only wish I could get some kind of a refund. It was filthy and stinky. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and a roach crawling across the bed. Restaurant and bar closed. Four nights with no clean towels. The staff acted like they didn't even want us there. They wouldn't even collect trash.

Nothing outside location was close to family. No complimentary breakfast at all. Room had visible filthy spoilage spots all over doors and walls. No COVID-19 cleaning in place. Reported dirty unacceptable lack of sanitized room to manager  on duty and he did nothing to accommodate this disappointing stay.nor has Radisson corporate offices. Complete lack of COVID-19 cleaning precautions!

The Location Workout room is only open from 10 am to 6 pm most guest workout in the morning or evening basically they don¿t want you to use it. The mattress was in bad shape they need to replace them.

Friendly staff Refrigerator was not cold

Large room, courtyard pool appeal. Staff were really nice and professional. Loved hotel employee on the front desk. Bathtub shower stall needs recaulking. Really hard black sofa tables were hard to see at night in the dark. Could add some yogurt granola breakfast item since no food service except the little store on site.

Someone opened the door without a key. Bath tub leaked. Ice machine broke.

Close to where our family reunion was taking place. At check in we were told of all of the things that were not available. Breakfast, housekeeping, limited pool use. The second day we asked for two water bottles. We were told that daily water bottles were for members of the Radisson. Not about to join.

It matched what was advertised This is just me being picky but I would have liked a stronger water pressure in the shower

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. Near Freeway and many Rancho Bernardo restaurants.

Location is great since it¿s around businesses so it¿s very quiet. Pool was very nice! Checking in and out was very easy. Got parking right outside our room. Had to have the AC on because room felt stuffy.TV didnt have streaming and I brought a Chromecast but tv doesn¿t give you the option to switch inputs so you¿re stuck watching cable. Pictures look better than actual room. Ants were crawling on my door.

The room was large. The rooms are not indoors, it reminded me of an older hotel.

Pool and spa looked nice. Did not use them directly. Easy access to highway. Room doors open to exterior rather than interior halls. Desk was tiny with a stool instead of a chair. No streaming services on television. Room was stuffy/air quality was not great. Furnishings are dated.
