Hotel was nice. Staff was overwhelmed during a busy time

Property was ok. What I didn’t appreciated was that on check in day, I drove several hours to arrive to property, check in was at 4:00, and room wasn’t delivered until almost 5:00 because staff was still cleaning it.

The room we reserved (Handicapped) and a private bedroom for Granny, we did not get. The photo's of the room was not what we reserved. Wanted a bigger bathroom for Granny in a wheelchair and a private bedroom for her. Asked front desk to transfer us to the handicapped room, but was told they were none available. The breakfast was extremely convenient and so was the restaurant to have dinner our first night. The down for us was we find out after we arrive that there is a fifteen bucks a day parking fee. This was never told to us on the site or from the staff. Only found out upon check out.

Love this Location. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I stay at a lot of different Hilton brands and locations. Not all are as nice as this location was. Will definitely be staying there again.
