Nice place. Rooms and common areas are modern and nicely maintained. Beds were not very comfortable though and there were some design flaws with our room. We had a suite for 3 people and had issues with the room because we were all attempting to quickly get dressed and ready for a wedding. A bathroom vanity area, separate from the shower/bath/toilet would have been really helpful but it was all together in a fairly small bathroom with no functioning fan, so the bathroom was instantly hot and steamy if anyone showered. Also our room was quite dark and there was no lighting in the only area outside the bathroom that had a mirror we could use for makeup. The suite was large though and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

When I checked in, a white lady was helping me and I asked for a parking tag but she insisted i didn’t need one because I came late at midnight, even though all the cars parking had one. I had to come back to the lobby to get a different person to help me and just then I finally got my parking ticket. But the next day as I was going to get my included breakfast, we found out that we needed a voucher that was supposed to be given when we checked in that the lady never gave us.

There were communication issues between front deal personnel and house keepers. We had to ask to change towels a couple of times.

Property was ok. What I didn’t appreciated was that on check in day, I drove several hours to arrive to property, check in was at 4:00, and room wasn’t delivered until almost 5:00 because staff was still cleaning it.
