The parking was horrible once they filled up. We have a traverse and it was so hard to fit our car in the parking garage when a lot of people are parked. Luckily the hotel is in a residential neighborhood and a weekend so we parked behind the hotel for our last night stay. The hotel doesn’t seem too busy on the weekdays though. Over all the hotel is very nice and well maintained and very clean and housekeeping is very friendly. We stayed 3 nights and they came every morning to throw out our trash.

Over all the rooms looked great but the door in our room for the bathroom didn’t even close fully, remodeled nicely though, front staff were mean and rude not my fault your old and still need to work, only nice staff was the housekeeper.

I love the location. It's right across from the zoo and just down the street from the beach! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet at night, not a lot of traffic on the main road in the evening.

This was a decent stay. The only problem was there was no easy access for people who can't use stairs. So not an easy stay if you have some limits with walking.

Really bad

The hotel is close to the beach and the zoo and only a short drive from the airport. Free parking but there was some confusion about where to park due to 2 levels. The owner let us check in early and gave us the key although said the room wouldn’t be ready for an hour. We went to the cafe next door and had lunch and then made a snack run and then the room was ready.

No breakfast; the staff was so cheap that we never got extra coffee for the 4 days we stayed. They are running the place at the cheapest possible. They did not provide extra soap, shampoo, or towels. When I went to ask for more towels, because they did not leave enough towels for the guests, shampoo, and soap. I was questioned like the Inquisition. Why do these people get into the hospitality industry when they do not understand the word hospitality? They were rude, impolite, and difficult. It is not that I am staying for free. No elevator. Conveniently located in a nice area, easy to get public transportation. A parking garage; although it would be nice if they had an access reader, it looked like anybody could get in and out walking, exposing the cars to possible theft.

Would not stay here again. Kind of seems like a place where if you needed it for an hour, then this was it. The front desk guy also didn’t say one single word to me. Yeah… super pleasant.

Hotel accommodations reserved at Mirage Inn and villas were unsuitable , , when I went to the room, the fridge and microwave were turned off, when I opened the fridge and the cabinet draws, a moldy odor came up in my face when I voiced a concern, no immediate actions to addressed the issue were done the hotel management took the keys, and did not address my concerns, when I reached out to expedia the representative tried to convince me to stay in the room, even though I told them I began to feel sick, I had to seek accommodations elsewhere

Excellent stay overall: safe parking included, convenience store and quality coffee shop on either side, friendly staff, very quiet, comfy king bed and reasonably priced 👍

Parking was horrible, they need to specify about parking not for suv, I woke up to a parking ticket, even though the property management told me to park there

No customer service what so ever and the male at the desk has a terrible attitude.

No one at the front desk to check us in and the doors were locked for after hours. There was door bell that did not operate and we don’t have a room key because we have yet to check in. Absolute nightmare experience. Must report for laundering.

Owners/staff, if you see this- if you want your business to continue you absolutely have to change the way that you treat your guests. Kindness first, good customer service, and at the very least, smile at people. We spent $2k on your hotel rooms, a little gratitude goes a long way.

A on time as lobby before 10pm. We sent message arriving late, but they don’t honor.
