Great for couples that love to drink, and also single individuals. Only because there’s a tavern or bar downstairs and it gets loud and rowdy at night. Drunk people on the sidewalk ready to fight. Not great for family’s with children; it’s noisy at night because of the bar and also the rail or cable car is right in front of the hotel and it’s very loud at night; sounds like a space ship is landing lol But overall … if your looking for something affordable and just a bed to sleep , this place is for you.

Bad

Not so bad for budget SF. But they let guests run wild with loud music and even louder motorcycles for a guest coming and going at 2:30-3:45 a.m. and revving a motor that sounds like thunder. Not a place I could recommend.

Parking first come first serve only 8 slots.

Great location, king size room was quite spacious and huge windows facing Judah bring in a lot of light. Not many surfaces to put things on. No counter space in the bathroom, only a desk in the bedroom which was already half full with the coffee maker and ice bucket.

The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. It has everything you need: a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. It’s a 3-minute walk to the ocean. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby. But if you go to bed early and wake up late, this place isn’t for you, since the train won’t let you sleep—it’s very loud and runs every 10 minutes. Overall, the area is pretty boring unless you’re a surfer))

The property and room were clean, but the windows had no screens so you couldn’t open the windows because the windows opened onto the walkway to the other rooms. If you opened the windows someone could literally step into your room. There was no A/C so it was very stuffy. The hotel lists parking, but the parking is first come, first served and there are 6 spaces only. This isn’t made clear in the hotel description. Street parking parking is extremely difficult and subject to lots of parking restrictions. The TV constantly stopped and buffered so that it was really not possible to use.

The owner Tony Patel's family member at the front desk confirmed that we could stay an extra night with the same $106 rate that was already previously confirmed and paid for with our initial 2 day stay with Booking.com We also then followed up with a phone call conversation confirming this with the Booking.com Customer Service Rep in the Philippines whom documented this in her notes. In good faith, we then gave Tony Patel's family member employee a credit card for reserving the room temporariily for an additional night stay in lieu of the hotel receiving the Booking.com. validation email of the $106 extra night rate. The hotel employee actually then kindly promised that she would cancel the temporary credit card hold once they received confirmation from Booking.com which was sending them an email Unfortunately and disappointingly when it came time to check out, the owner. Mr. Tony Patel reneged on his own personal employee's promise which was very rude and dishonest since we had already paid-stayed for 2 nights and told 'no problem' everything will be honored. Another guest reiterated that this might be considered fraud. In any event at this point, after all the extra time-effort spent and what we felt were sincere honest conversations in a professional manner with the hotel and his family member employee, we departed

Was very clean👍

The room door didn’t close properly, making it difficult to feel secure. Parking was extremely limited, which was frustrating, especially if you arrive later in the day. On top of that, the walls were paper thin, so it was easy to hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are addressed.
