Good location, very good mattress No soap, no microwave, a bit unclean

I didn’t ask for a handicap room just needed to doubles because we have three people to get a room with just a curtain across the bathroom doesn’t give people much privacy. Our feet stuck to the floor as we walked. We had to wear shoes cause we didn’t know what that was there were Nats flying around and a couple flies Parking I understand, but we had to empty our car of everything because we had to park down by the taco truck because there were no parking spots anywhere.

Great location but that's it! I've stayed here several times over the years and never saw it so bad. Had to hunt down toilet paper, no shampoo, towels never changed out and the room was never cleaned. This was a 5 day stay.

The bed was hard. It had a full kitchen, including a full size stove, kitchen sink, etc. But the kitchen was disgustingly filthy and I am not a neat freak, but the kitchen was gross. There was also not a coffeemaking in the room. Hey, the price is right and the location is good.

The view is beautiful, access to the beach walking/biking trails is so convenient. Good price for the area your staying in.

By the ocean There was a leak in the room . Water was leaking my mom almost fell from the water . The tv didn’t work the tv was all staticy . And the beds felt like they were gonna break .

We arrived and were allow to check in 30 mins early which was nice. The room was clean enough, the interior outdated but its an affordable room so no biggie there. The mini fridge was unplugged and there was no place to plug it in. There was a weird empty space for a table or couch that was no longer there. The outside latch on the door stuck open making it potentially insecure. We did not feel safe leaving valuables in the room so we had to carry them around with us. Not ideal. The location is across the street from Ocean Beach (awesome!) and that brings a few issues to the property. Parking becomes nearly nonexistent at night. The overflow lot hosts a taco truck (delicious) and people park their to go to the beach even though they are not supposed to. Saturday night we had to go around the block several times to find a space. Property didn't not enforce the rules so it's a problem. Also I observed a number of transient folks living out of thier cars and Friday/Saturday nights get rowdy with people screaming and fighting in the street. Overall we had a good time but will look elsewhere when we visit again.

The only thing is the location—it's right by the sea. The photos show you something beautiful, but the reality is the opposite.

Exceptional

Was never that great, but lately has gone downhill.

We booked a multi-bed (3 bed; 1 kind 2 queens). Very spacious. Room was clean. Ac units by the king and 2 queens, both worked well. The king bed was in the main entry area, and the queen's were down the hall. Queens were comfy, the king was a bit on the plush/lumpy side. Only 1 chair in the room with a table for 2. Shower was a walk in and ran hot, which was very nice. 10/10 would book again when in the area.. Bonus plus - there is a taco truck on site that is there till midnight. Great price for the quality of meats. Their sauces are fire! There was a language barrier one time, so we did not get what we ordered, but it still did not disappoint.

Great location, right by the ocean. The neighborhood was not bad, although there were three homeless guys sleeping in their cars right autside the motel. Price was good for a 2 bedroom suite. With a bit of deep cleaning and upgrades to old furniture, it could be an awesome place.
