Very clean, secure, and looked exactly like the pictures which rarely happens! Room very clean, love that they use Drybar products (including the hair dryer) which is what I have at home and overall just a great stay! :)

Price, location, convenience. The hallways are a bit dark. Parking and entryways could be aligned better.
-
Very nice property. Room was well appointed and clean. Quiet rooms. Didn’t have to pay for parking which was a nice surprise. Close to anything in San Jose with a short driver. I was traveling with my son alone. We felt very safe.

Convenient location with several restaurants and markets within walking distance. Hotel staff were nice. We had a huge lizard enter our room which my husband and the front desk clerk had to remove. Also, there were children yelling and running through the hallway well past midnight when we had to be up at 4:00 a.m. to go to the airport at 5:00. It was also noisy with delivery trucks to the restaurant next door.

Easy parking and great location by 280 exit. The staff was nice and the pool was very modern and lots of covered seating outside.
