For the cost of the room from Expedia, this was a great deal! I had a one bedroom king suite with a balcony that allowed me to work in my room comfortably all day. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the shower had good pressure. My only complaint about the room is that the living room and bedroom needed more light. I was not happy to be surprised with the $12 per night parking fee when I checked out. For under $120 per night plus $12 parking, this was still a great deal in a very convenient location.

No amenities whatsoever and no breakfast or what not.

The AC worked flawlessly, everything was clean. Free ice and laundry. Pots, pans, utensils, and a stove!! I loved this place so much. Thank you, Lakespur! You made my first independent vacation an extremely memorable one!

It was a pleasant experience staying at Larkspur. Location is prime and safe. They had a restful stay at the suites. Thank you, Larkspur!

The hotel was overbooked and then I was moved to a smaller room . I kept having issues and had to call expedia. Won't be staying here again

The room was great for 3 adults, the fitness room quite small but useful.

They should definitely advertise the fact the kitchen is shut down due to inspection failure and then I was charged more than the original price

Overall a good stay. Rooms were spacious, loved the kitchenette. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and a good location.

My key card stop working 5 times in 2 days and I had to go all the way to the front desk every time to fix it. And upon checking in, it took.the desk guy about 5 minutes to come out and he didnt speak good English, it was hard to derstand him. The rooms were pretty dated even though they were trying to seem modern. The room itself was spacious and the kitchen was nice and the amenities (fitness center, close by eating places, etc) was a bonus

The person who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, our stay did not improve from there. The room was not clean, and the bathroom floor felt unsafe, as if it might give way when we walked on it. In addition, the phone in the room did not work, so I had to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better.

I booked for 24 room-nights and was treated terribly! This hotel used to be a family friendly place. But current staff should not be working there!

Larkspur Landing in Campbell, California used to be a family friendly place. Now it’s turned into the scary place!

This incidence shows how inflexible that front desk staff is and it decreases my desire to stay at this property again in the future. This property has also eliminated free breakfast offering previously so it’s not as attractive of a property option to me anyway unless the rate is cheaper or comparable to my other regular business travel hotel options in the area. Without a frequent guest program and the opportunities to earn hotel points, I don’t recommend this property unless the rate is much cheaper than other comparable hotel chains.

The room itself had an odor coming from the sink and dishwasher. Also from the AC unit. 1 out of 2 elevators worked. And Lastly the staffs attitude was unfriendly and uncaring. Expedia doesn't seemed to be informed of the property decline otherwise I sure this location would have been removed from any listing. $200 per night???????
