The layout of the room was nice. The location was good No breakfast available. Booked here because breakfast was said to be included. I had surgery and couldn’t go out to breakfast. My companion had to go get us breakfast which of course cost time and money which of course was supposed to be taken care of. When we asked why no breakfast we were told construction. If that was the case we should have at least been notified and given a daily discount on our stay .

My bed had some kinds of bumps in the sheets and I could not find out what it was. On 2nd night stay, my son experienced the same issue and it in his pillow. Found dried pasta in his pillow I think that is the same bump I will feeling in the bed. Carpet throughout needs to be replaced. Bad odor in elevator with dirty floor.

Maybe because I’m Hispanic? I have to asked him for directions on how to get to my room since was my first visit at this location He didn’t bother to communicate anything beside your room will be this number. I felt discriminated I rent hotels many times at year due to my work I’m not happy with this location and I’m not planing to come back . It’s nothing compare with the customer service at other locations

The room was clean and spacious. It was in a nice area and no noise I was able to get some sleep.

The accommodation was okay. It's very far from everywhere and you need a car. Catching an Uber can get very expensive long term. Also as someone not from America, we were advised from locals not to wonder around at night time which we learned from on our first night there. The rooms are big, a bit outdated but okay. Safety wise, anyone can just walk in at any time- just makes it feel a little less safe. Okay if going as a couple or with friends, but on own or with children- I would think about it first.

It’s a nice place to stay at unfortunately my cards keys wouldn’t work on the first or second try and for some reason the fire alarm went off at 6:15 AM, I wasn’t happy but I let go. Things happen

I was not told when I checked in that there was no water at the time. That was a huge inconvenience. I was surprised they no longer provided complimentary breakfast. I did read later that the health dept. may have shut that down. My kitchen faucet was broken. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was falling off and the fridge made a noise every time it was running. I was very dissatisfied with how run down the place was as I have stayed here in the past more than once. I will say my bed sheets and towels seemed clean.

It was a very comfortable room with everything I needed to work and relax. Great location.

No breakfast as they were shut down and red tagged. Had to pay $12 a night to park there. No one at the desk to check out. Invoice what not emailed to me when I requested it. NO COFFEE!
