Customer services didnt seem welcoming or friendly when checking in.

Good hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaint is that for the price we paid, I can't believe you don't offer anything in the way of a complimentary breakfast and coffee/juice. Having a coffee bar is nice, but paying $15.00 for two coffees on top of the room rate is very disappointing.

All the staff were friendly and helped with housekeeping, opening the new sofa bed, registering us a couple hours after we were scheduled to arrive, check out staff there 4:00 am, the location and spacious room, that the two rooms were across the hall and they received our transport chair deliveries and kept them till they were picked up!!! Hotel parking was awesome too. No complaints

Breakfast was OK.

We stayed here as it was close to the Mountain Winery Venue we had tickets to and live over 2 hours away. The hotel was nice, reasonably priced, and they do charge $15 for parking. I liked that the room had a real window that opened (with a screen) for fresh air. A make up mirror and a fan in the bathroom would have been a nice added feature. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, we had plenty of pillows, the carpet felt really thick under my feet, and although not too far from the freeway I didn't hear any noise. We did not utilize the restaurant so I can't speak to the food or pricing.

The court by Marriott in Campbell, California is a great place to stay. Parking was very close and and very safe. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very close to Pruneyard and it’s always reasonably priced. This is my go to hotel when I’m in town. My tv did not work the entire stay, it was pixelated the entire time.

Great stay! The location right next to the freeway was super convenient, and parking in the structure across had plenty spaces, and just $15/night. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed having the lobby bar/cafe for coffee, drinks, and full meals. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool or gym, but all the common areas were clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this hotel many times through the years and I'm a handicapped senior. Never have I paid parking. I told the kid at the front desk that my placard was stolen from my rental car and I was charged $60 when I checked out. This showed me that the kid did not listen to me when I addressed the parking with him. The hotel rooms are fabulous, The renovation made the stay much better considering there's no breakfast provided and you only get water upon arriving. I'm a Marriott member. There is another hotel right down the street that is exactly the same rooms, very nice, free parking and free breakfast and water everyday. Plus free laundry!
