That said it’s awesome cause you can walk to downtown Campbell. The area round is very pretty. The place itself is basic as you would expect.

Frig did not work. Cold water faucet hard to twist open. Phone to call front desk did not work.

Bathroom was clean but soap and shampoo dispensers were almost empty. No lotoins or extras like that but that was ok. Bathroom door was pretty beat up and should probably be replaced. Breakfast was ok but only served from 7 to 9 so we felt we had to hurry to get there in time. Didn't have maid service which would have been ok but were not told that and needed clean towels so had to go to the front desk to get them. Access to the front desk isn't very easy. Have to go all the way around the place to come in only through the front door. It's an older complex and the rates indicate that but probably won't be back.

Older hotel could use some upgrades in the rooms but we slept fine and had no issues.

Great location for Downtown Campbell events. Older hotel, but well maintained. Breakfast is excellent.

-
For a handicapped senior the room was too far from parking.
-
However, the towels need upgrading

The hotel is old, carpet is dirty, some furniture is broken, very few charging outlets. Room clean service is good. Breakfast is OK, the room is hide in the pool area, you need prove you are living there. No parking fee. It is a average stay place.

Handy to my local destinations Breakfast was adequate and coffee was good
-
Did not eat there Perfume smell a/c omits when on. Deodorant smell used to mask room smells ?
-
Breakfast was fresh, pool was clean, atmosphere was comfy. Very nice stay.

Overall, I would porobably stay at the Inn again, but only after looking more at alternative hotels. The Lodge where I used to stay closed down (property is being redeveloped), but it was less expensive, cleaner and the HVAC worked well.

Sour moldy smell coming out of air conditioner so we moved to another room which also had a filthy AC with sour air. They did come and clean off all the caked dust off the coils but smell continued persist from deep within machine. Had to sleep in a stuffy ac-less room to avoid further comprising my agitated respiratory system.
-
Staff and location. The breakfast was good The pool and hot tub need resurfacing
-
It's a place that is beginning to deteriorate.
-
All good.
-
Close to my conference. Its old. Carpet is dirty and faucets are dirty same with the bathtub.

Location. While this is a non smoking property, which those of us with allergies prefer, the room was smelly with cleaning solutions with high perfume count. I was up most of the night gagging and coughing, and had to wear a face mask to even breathe well enough to get only two hours of sleep. Additionally, the bed was hard as a rock, which is incredibly uncomfortable after a five hour drive.

The AC unit while on is extremely loud, couldn't sleep while it was on. I couldn't close the bathroom door because the piece on the ground at the entrance was sticking up which I hurt my foot on. Breakfast starts at 7:00am which I think is to late.
