The back door/glass door was open into a common area and I was not aware and it was scary when I realized it had been open with me sleeping.

Air conditioner took more than 4 hrs to cool the room down from 70 to 66.

Great place to stay. We stay here each time we come to Campbell to visit family. It is so clean and quiet. The decor is like NO where else. We love it!

The Carlyle is always well kept and clean. Great staff, great manager and free parking. Wonderful air conditioning as well. The Carlyle is definitely my go-to for business travel!
