Doubletree by Hilton Campbell - Pruneyard Plaza

Superb

Clean and quiet room with comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff and great location. The breakfast was excellent and our waitress was outstanding. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Spacious rooms. Quiet. Receptionist was welcoming Tired. Long winding hallways. Lobby was drab. Parking was a problem (inadequate capacity).

The hotel seemed to have had a recent renovation. It was a great value

I love staying there. Parking is free but gets filled quickly. The rooms are clean as is the hotel, lobby and restaurant. The food is excellent. I only wish the bar and restaurant would open earlier than 5:00

Very nice hotel in a great location in the pruneyard. Was checked in hour and a half late because room not cleaned yeah. However staff was good about it and try to accommodate.

Parking lot was full and many of the cars didn’t have the double tree permit and I had to mark quite far with my hands pretty full.

Our room was on the first floor, next to bar and lobby and outside entry. ridiculously loud

Rooms have painted over the old and the carpets are pretty stainless we asked for towels and three hours later my giants went to get food and they stacked the twins on his hand versus having someone bring when we asked. They had a reunion going well after 11:30 with screaming in hallways . The lobby and elevators were stifling hot and the parking was a nightmare. Staff was clearly too busy to be personable
